The
place
is
nice,
but
we
arrived
with
tickets
already
bought
on
the
Internet,
so
we
didn't
need
to
go
to
the
cashier,
and
heading
straight
into
the
theater
we
couldn't
find
the
Opera
program/leaflet
to
take
or
buy
anywhere.
Then
when
the
Opera
finished
we
discovered
it
could
only
be
done
on
the
cashier
-
that
was
already
closed.
During
the
break,
really
long
lines
to
toilets,
so
it
was
not
even
possible
do
buy
a
bottle
of
water
and
drink
it,
since
the
coffee
shop
was
absurdly
understaffed
-
one
only
girl
working
hard
to
attend,
prepare
coffee,
serve
beverages
and
also
act
as
a
cashier
(!!!)
for
an
long
line
of
clients
-
totally
stressful
for
the
attendant
and
frustrating
for
us.
Lots
of
people
using
their
phones
and
taking
pictures
during
the
Opera
(after
being
advised
on
a
big
screen
to
TURN
THEM
OFF)
as
well
as
trash
along
the
hall
and
toilet
floors
also
contributed
to
the
frustration
feeling.
But
well,
Israel
is
not
Europe,
and
the
Opera
has
firmly
stated
it
to
us.
