Overrated and overpriced food. Menu has too many types of food but it doesn’t look like they profession in a specific kitchen. Many vegetarian and vegan options. Noisy atmosphere with loud music that always doesn’t sound right for the time of the day. Suitable for families and kids. Service is super slow and unprofessional (ordered a wine, got another wine, because they didn’t have it, no one asked me if that’s ok and they simply charged me more for this...) This place used to be much better few years ago.

While the decor still works it needs some love. Some of the dishes were outstanding and some where just ok. For example, the starting salad and the carpaccio - all day long! The meat pizza was ok to good but was a little soggy and messy. My daughter seemed to enjoy the filet but the risotto was over cooked in my opinion which made it too thick. We did have an issue with AC that made this meal not very comfortable. The service was subpar, we had to continually look for help and even when it came it was not very nice. Without the 20% off due to it being an early dinner on a weekday it would have been a 3 star rating. What a shame.

One of my favorite places for family dinners and lunches, the verity is very large so everyone can find something they would like and all is very tasty and great. Even the design is beautiful. Also Emirates are super reasonable, so that’s another plus. Highly recommended!

Really good and creative food- the asian salad is the best. The place looks beautiful, amazing interior. The service was good, really nice and kind. The price a little high for some dishes and I think they need to improve the air system - because you can smell it when they are cooking something on the grill. Highly recommend coming here. We will back for sure 👏🏽

Segev express Ramat hachayal - not as great as the one in rishon letzione Visually - looks older and neglected at some points, food is 10% less tasty then we got used too, but still very high level! Music was too loud, playlist was short and repeating, service good, great visit overall:) Asian salad is a must try!

Worst waiters experience I’ve had in my life. All of the waiters explained about the dishes without any interest at all, talked with each other when at our table, put the plates agressively on our table and in common were the most rude waiters I met. This place is pretty expensive and if the staff are rude it doesn’t make much sense to spend this much. The restaraunt really needs to check that issue fast.

Usually I don’t do this! But when this happens you have to update someone! Saturday lunch service! A group of 10 arrived at 230pm. Very poor service which wasn’t attentive nor helpful. We had great memories of this restaurant pre Covid-19 and came to celebrate a birthday (on a personal note this was my first time ever trying Segev Moshe’s food BTW) Water requests in the beginning of meal wasn’t really offered, ice was offered in small cups, no proper silverware like spoons were offered with the soup/risotto. Food was placed on the table before silverware was set. 2 dishes were returned due to lack of flavoring the meat/chestnut pasta and the artichoke pasta. I wish this restaurant would be more attentive compared to the pricing of the dishes. Have a great week Y’all!

Was here years ago and absolutely loved it. Creative food in a magical ambiance. Sadly, it has transformed into a very mediocre restaurant. The ambiance is loud and messy, as though they haven't invested anything in maintenance let alone upgrades throughtou all these years, and the food is fine, it just doesn't stand out in any way. Unlike the main meal, the deserts were actually good. Not spectacular as they once were but still good. I would recommend coming here just for a coffee and dessert.

Great looking place and also quite cozy. We enjoyed the appetizers but the entrees were somewhat of a disappointment, every one of us expected more from the main course.

It's a simplified Chefs restaurant! All in all it's nice, comfortable and cozy! The food is good but nothing to write home about. The selection is also quite limited. Service very good, prices acceptable.

TL;DR Good food great design and good service. Went there with a friend I haven't seen for a long time, we wanted a place we can sit and talk over some food and drinks and Segev express is a great place for it. The restaurant is designed as a dark street with tables around and artificial trees which is very nice and you can talk comfortably over the food. We booked a place ahead and it was ready for us when we arrived and we got seated right away and got the menus and a nice waitress to help us out. We ordered borgers and drinks that arrived at the table within a few minutes and were done like we requested which isn't taken for granted - usually restaurants tend to ignore the request and just make the burger medium rare so I need to send them back. The burgers were good and juicy. The potatoes were very tasty but we only got a few of them :(  - come  on don't be stingy with potatos. For desert we ordered the chocolate muse crunch which was also nice Overall the food there is good but not excellent like they used to serve in Segev art  but the prices are ok and not expensive Parking is available in the adjacent parking lot and on the street.

Very very good experience, the food was amazing, the service was kind, the dishes came out fast and the place interior design is beautiful! The food is more expensive than average but you definitely get good value for your money. Highly recommended!

The food was ok, The hamburger for the main dish was a bit dry though I asked for Medium. The starters were actually pretty good 😊 specially the mushed liver with Jam. The Focaccia bread was ridiculously small. Our table was near the waitress waiting zone... They were talking in a laudly mad atmosphere uncomfortable

The place is decorated very nicely for sure, but the thing is the on one side of the restaurant the tables are similar to an American diner with the sofas, but the only thing is that there's no room to sit, no mention trying to eat and move your hands. So if you're on the right wing, good luck! Thank god they had a couple of last available tables to move us, otherwise is a no no place! Food is good with a lot of variety for sure on the menu, with many options for whatever your type of nutrition/diet is, either Keto, Paleo, carnivore or whatever it is.

We booked a big table for my grandmother's 86th birthday celebration. Everything was really nice with the starters and main courses, good food and good service. Then we got to the desserts and the evening turned into a complete disaster. It took the waiters 20 minutes to take our orders, then they disappeared for an hour, didn't bring the drinks or the desserts, kept switching waiters and generally ignored our requests and questions about when are the orders coming out. After about 1.5 hours we finally got the desserts but there were no plates or spoons to share them, another 30 minutes to get those... Eventually we decided to pay and go home, but nooooo.... We waited for the check another 15 minutes and then about 40 minutes for someone to come and take the payment! During this time we were chasing down the waiting staff trying to get someone to come to our table, asked many different waiters to talk to the manager that was nowhere to be found... Finally after about 2.5 dreadful hours we were given the chance to pay and get the hell out of there. Very disappointing experience I wouldn't expect from such a respected brand and at such prices. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and risk such disappointment, especially not when celebrating a special event or a large gathering.

Great eatery on the outskirts of Tel Aviv. Service was quick and friendly. We had asian salad to start which was plenty for 3 of us. Mains were chicken breast, chicken curry and cheeseburger. All very tasty and well presented.

It took about 50 minutes since we walked in (to a pre ordered table) before we took the first bite from the house made focaccia. We were hungry after a long work day, so the extra long wait didn't help our customer experience. We were sitted at the back side of the restaurant, which has almost no atmosphere at all compared to the main space. The food was fine overall. So that's a 3 stars for the best.

Not tasty , i ordered the dumplings the filling wasn’t tasty and curry udon with too much sauce, not a lot noodles and overbearing fat… needed lot of peppermint candies to take of the after taste and way to expensive for what you get. I was very disappointed and i usually enjoy ordering curry noodles in restaurants cause it’s a very easy dish to make so less chance to fail in the process (or what i expected) , however every bite i had eaten in segev restaurant wasn’t enjoyable at all … i was never this disappointed in a restaurant than now- high price low quality

We had pasta bolloneise and hamburger. Both was untasty. Pasta smelling like spoiled. Hamburger had fat pieces inside. It was very unpleasent and expensive above all that. Service was late and the place was very noisy.

The food was ok but overpriced. The vegan options are a joke.

We were 9 people . all the dishes where tasty and great except the vagen dish (to small) . the desert was great and tasty. Reasonable prices for a restaurant of this type.

Overall it's okay, not more than that. Prices are very high, soup 50 NIS 😳. Tried to sell 250 NIS bottle of wine while telling me that the wine I want is not available, later other waitress brought what I wanted. Somehow we all ordered hamburgers and quite enjoyed them. But for me it doesn't make sense that pasta and hamburger cost the same, 140 NIS for salmon dish is nuts... Don't expect me coming back and definitely not recommending.

Really good food, diverse menu, kind service. Nicely designed restaurant. The prices are not cheap, but the food is accordingly good and the portions are large.

Such a great experience. Great service, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was really good, with nice and quiet music at the background... every single dish we ordered was delicious, but I really recommend the polenta from the starters and the amazingly tasty desserts :) oh and they just gave us an extra dessert on the house for no reason and of course it was amazing 😋

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
