It was great, headphones could be a little better for communication's sake, but overall a wonderful experience. Would surely visit them again!

Nice place with great service. Offers mini rooms of VR stations. HTC vive with earphones and large pool of games to choose from. The staff are lovely and helpful explaining how to play and troubleshoot. Kids spent two hours playing and really enjoyed. It also have a small PS4 room with 4 controllers where kids can spend the time while waiting for the VR or resting. Not a cheap experience but highly recomanded.

Its Amazing, kids did not want leave. Huge variety of games to choose from. New facility and new and latest VR equipment. Definitely coming back, also good for birthday party.

I allways visit the branch at Alenby st Tel Aviv. Now they close it and only Kreminisky2 stay in Tel Aviv. But nothing to compare. The building look bad, maybe because it is under construction, but the place slso not look good. It is one big space ehere the station at the side and in the middle use for lazer tag. All the concept not look good. The playeres can hit each other. It is not fill private. The floor and the cover on the window look they see better days.

Excellent place for all the ages. My son has been invited for birthday party, a lot of expressions.

pros. A large and high quality variety of games. It one of the few places in the country that offer VR. Friendly atmosphere Cons The facility is small and does not look taken care of.. The staff are very friendly, but not well trained. On two separate times we visited it took the staff a long time to hook up the machines and begin each game - time we were paying for. They did not seem focused or disciplined enough to be providing such a service. From time to time there were bugs with the equipment and the games which needed recalibration.

Really Really Fun!!! I had an amazing experience the Customer service was phenomenal. I was always busy playing even though i was with a group of 30 people. They have a very wide variety of games with enough booths for everyone that we barley had to wait

The place has lots of booths of VR so you can come with bunch of friends. There multiplayer games and more!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel last minute due to a factor that was beyond my control and beyond VRality’s control. However, the customer service I received the entire time was really amazing, and I recommend this company just based on their outstanding customer service.
