What does a person need?... Not much: Beautiful views, a great group and a perfect tour guide. Lapland abounds in spectacular scenery, The guide from Fig Trips was perfect and united all the members of the group.

We have just returned from a week-long family / grandchildren trip in Lapland, under the guidance of the amazing Yishai. We will not elaborate a description of Lapland's landscapes and sights that anyone can see on the web, but we will note Yishai. We have yet to meet such a professional, kind, and profound guide. As usual, there are no words to describe his special attitude to the children in the group who were captivated by his charm. Highly recommend.

Trip to Lapland - Feb 2022, guid - Yual Gur As for the Fig Trip organization, all worked clock wise according to the plan. The company chooses a very high standard of facilities based on its wide experience of Lapland attractions and accommodation. As for our group trip guide Yuval Gur - it is amazing to have such a guide that in spite of his relative young age has a wide knowledge combined with such a personality. He is always calm and creates a very good atmosphere. To summarize - all was much above expectation and therefore highly recommended.

We have just finished an amazing adventure with Fig Trips in Lapland. We are grateful to our Guide Raanan ,being intelligent , pleasant and adapting to the needs of children, grownups and older participants of the group , making the trip fun for all , changing and maneuvering the route and plan (slightly) , to fulfill all of our different desires. The company tries to add something more , to every experience , adding to our pleasure . Thinking of small things like walking sticks and spurs for the shoes , games for the kids (balls , rackets and frisbees )when we were on the sea of ice and of course Purim accessories for the party. We also benefited of being a small group (It is a really big benefit) , which might have added to the bonding and fun . I joined a tour organized by Fig Trips to Finnish Lapland. It's hard for me to describe the experience, both leading up to and during the trip, in words. The best guide!!! Just finished a week with my 13 yr old kid guided by Ishai from Fig Trips. It was AWESOME. Ishai took care of everything, and made the trip more than perfect. Had a fantastic 3 day tour in Israel with Ishai. He is a wealth of knowledge about Israeli culture and history, he is fun and entertaining and was very quick to adapt to our needs. He really took us off the beaten path in the Negev, showed us edible plants and even kept the kids entertained with riddles. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

A great Lapland experience My wife and me visited Lapland Feb. 25th-March 3rd 2020. We joined a group tour organized ‎and run by Fig Trips. ‎ We are not teenagers and it was very likely that we will not visit Lapland often. ‎ For us this was a once in a life time tour and it turned out to be a great experience. ‎ Fig Trips organized the tour perfectly. The itinerary was well chosen and the guide was great, ‎knowledgeable, easygoing and attentive. ‎ We saw the Aurora which was partly due to luck but more so to our guide perseverance. He ‎dragged us out late at night in the cold to wait for it and it was worthwhile indeed. ‎ We highly recommend Fig Trips tours.‎

We had an excellent experience with Figtrip It started with the preparations before the trip with a presentation Explaining every part of the trip, then with updates prior to the flight, Ending with the trip itself. We just finished an amazing trip to Lapland with Fig Trips and the one and only guide Yuval Gur. There's no doubt that this trip was so wonderful due to Yuval. We just came back from a family trip in Lapland with Fig Trips led by Gabi and Yishay. The trip was perfectly organised - from accommodation through entertainment led by passionate and knowledgeable guides. Thank you for an amazing week and a memory to cherish for life.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lapland with my family, and it was an incredible experience. We were lucky enough to have Yishay as our trip mentor, and he did a fantastic job of ensuring we had an unforgettable trip. My five years daughter was especially taken with his charisma and even fell in love with him! We went icebreaker sailing, which was thrilling and unique. We got to witness the power of the icebreaker as it sailed through the frozen sea and even had the chance to jump into the icy water for a quick swim. We then visited the palace and the ice hotel, which were stunning. The intricate ice sculptures and the unique ice hotel rooms were a sight. We also took a trip to the frozen waterfalls, where we could see the stunning ice formations up close. The Arktikum Museum was also a highlight of our trip. We learned a lot about the history and culture of Lapland, and the exhibits were incredibly informative. One of the most thrilling experiences of our trip was the snowmobile safari. We zipped through the snowy landscapes, enjoying the beautiful scenery and the adrenaline rush. We also went on a night tour following the northern lights, another incredible opportunity to see the lights. We witnessed the vibrant colors in the dark sky, which was truly an unforgettable experience. Ice fishing was a unique activity that we all enjoyed. We got to try to catch fish in the icy waters and cook and eat the fish we caught. Husky sledding and a visit to the farm was a highlight for my daughter. She loved playing with the friendly huskies and learning about the history and culture of the area. A trip to a nature reserve in the Finnish forest allowed us to see Lapland's beautiful nature and wildlife up close. We also went on reindeer sleds and learned about the native folklore of the area. Ice karting was another thrilling activity that we all enjoyed. We raced around the ice track, feeling the wind in our hair and the ice under our wheels. The Ice Palace and Park was another stunning attraction. The intricate ice sculptures and the beautiful ice castle were a sight. We also visited Wildlife Park, where we could see the native wildlife of Lapland up close. Learning about the animals and their natural hbitats was an excellent opportunity. Finally, we visited the village of Santa Claus, which was a charming and festive place. We met Santa Claus (actor) and participated in fun activities. Our last stop was a two-night stay in an excellent Village in northern Finland to watch the lights of the north. We were lucky enough to see the beautiful lights dance across the sky, and it was a truly magical experience. Overall, our trip to Lapland was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Yishay did an incredible job guiding us through all the activities and ensuring we had a wonderful time. My daughter was especially taken with him, and we all felt fortunate to have had such a fantastic mentor. We highly recommend Lapland to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable travel experience.
