Have nothing against the store itself, but stuff doesn’t know what is customer service at all. You get a strong feeling that you are just seen as a giant walking wallet and not a human. Nobody speaks English (hey it’s a store in the mall with a lot of tourists visiting every day) I was told 4 times to go downstairs to pay while I was asking for something else 🤷🏻‍♀️ Really sad experience

There is an amazing selection of Nike products over two floors. They have the latest products; from shoes to clothes.

This is a world class Nike store. It is beautifully designed and has a lot of human traffic at all times of the day. Prices are quite expensive but that's how it is in the entire city of Tel Aviv. The selection is very very big and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great location! Great store. There are only three fitting rooms in the women's department, therefore sometimes long lines.

I love Nike Brand, but not this store. The stuff is horrible they don't ask if you need help sometimes they ignore you even if you ask for help. they are slow even when you want to pay it's taking forever...

It's a great store and me and my friend got what we wanted but it's all little busy

4 stars only because of their minimal Jordans collection. Had a dude named Farres help me (sorry if that's not how to pronounce your name bro) and he was super nice. Awesome staff all around!

Came in just to buy a set of running shoes. Already knew what I wanted. Poor service and took much longer than expected. Very disappointing.

It's ok

good products, a shame they don't train the employees. they are very young and completely inexperienced. It's Nike Israel's fault that doesn't provide any training to its employees. Nike products sell themselves practically, they do not need employees. It would be better to put robots to get the sizes, that is the only task that the employees have to do. and they do it wrong. and the commissions are computed to anyone. it's all a mess.
