Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a scooter that’s more expensive than the regular price, and when a piece when missing after only a month, they did not help me. I tried talking to the manager but he never called back. Only person to call back was a very confused young worker who didn’t even know what the issue was or how to fix it. I wonder what the insurance they sell people is for, considering they can’t even replace a tiny plastic piece. The manager is also very rude and cannot answer any questions. Don’t spend your money here.

Unfortunately Xiaomi Mi Store in Tel Aviv is extremely expensive when compared to European prices. Another Mi Store is located in Eilat which has far more competitive prices due to it being located in a tax free zone.

Absolutely bizarre experience. Asked them to use their vacuum charger. Ziv, the manager, insisted they dont sell vaccuums and i cant test mine here. I was standing next to the vacuums, so I poiny and say "these are vaccums." "No." At this point I'm holding the charger, "Can I try this charger?" "No." I checked it and my vacuum works, just needed a charger. Will not return to this store. Can't believe how Ziv lied to me. Dont even understand why.
