The moment I stepped foot in the store it was bad vaibes from the cashier, he was just plain rude. On top of that, you would think a store that is promoting herself as "Green" /"healthy" would not offer you plastic bags, but they do:/ I was even offered one while I had my fabric bag on me 🙄 Definitely could start charging people for plastic. Remember that it is a very expressive store, and nothing like Trader joe's :(

Healthy style food store, didn’t offer a lot l, seemed like a lot of cookies and things. Felt expensive.

Selection is OK but it doesn't get refreshed with new items. Prices are somewhat outrageous, like 50₪ for a pack of potato chips. But maybe that's the whole point for someone.. wish it had better variety and pricing wouldn't be so exaggerated so I could actually buy here more often.

Clean store. Helpful staff. Good products - many organic fruits and veggies as well as dried ingredients. Sometimes you can find good sales. A bit expensive compared to other such stores. There avocado is usually very good

I was charged more than what was written on the price tag on almost every item I purchased.

I would like to have given a minus star but was not able to. I have purchased at their branch at Dizengof Centre on numerous ocassions but today I had a need to complain of a stale item I purchased two days ago. Altough having purchased by cash on this occasion and only wanting an exchange I believe the male member of staff could have been much more customer friendly and was unable to assist. A lesson learned in more ways than one.
