Pretty good station, although not large enough to accommodate all the people going through the station. A little less than adequate room for parking.

Terrible service, trains is delaying, necessary to stay for checking. Dangerous ecological situation. So here is truly international level (between Zimbabwe and Uganda)

It's ok. Go buy revcards/tickets from the person in the station. It's a simple and small station, really. Trains are quite dirty, but they do the job. The only bad thing about this place is it's located in the middle of a highway and it's really confusing where it is, until you get closer. It's right under the bridge. From both sides of the road....

Main problem with this train station is the "obtaining the ticket challenge" - if you have a valid ticket (either daily/weekly/monthly pass) your good to go - but if you need a one time ticket - it might be a challenge - it is recommended to get through the street entrance and not from the shopping mall as there are more ticketing machines there. The docks are at a lower level, which is Covered and as most of the locomotives uses diesel fuel the air quality is bad. If you have time until your train - sit upstairs in the air-condition

Nicer train station than average when OK food on the upper deck. Downstairs is very smoggy.

The trains are usually on time, though If you have a long wait then rather wait upstairs, the air is better and there is a much lower noise level. Usually also easier to find a seat upstairs by the entrance during rush hour. Important: There are two entrances to the station, one on each side of the bridge

There are a lot of connections here and the place is kept clean. I reccomend to wait in the waiting area in the building and then go down to the platform a few minuets before you train is supposed to arrive since the platforms are very noosy and polluted.

We wanted to take the train and we got there just in time, the doors closed as we walked in. The devious and rude worker took us off the train even though nothing happened. He was very rude and the experience was very bad and embarrassing. Most likely to never ride the train again. It is a shame the train hired that man. I would have rated 0 stars if it was possible. Never again!!!

Buy a RavKav card and life becomes hassle free. Ticket and station staff is friendly and helpful. Trains are mostly on time, may get late by 5-10 minutes sometimes.

The Passport Marathon was amazingly well organized and while the wait time was long, at least it was possible to get the process moving. Unlike any other experience at misrad hapanim. Thank you Government

This train station has two entrances, one from the mall, and the other from outside. Inside there's a little shop where you can buy coffee or some snacks for the ride. There are many benches right there, so there's always a place to sit. Also, there are some kind of powerful fans you can use if it's hot outside. Since it's Tel Aviv, every train there stops at the other Tel Aviv train stations, and there are many trains for wherever you'd like to go. Tip: There's a cooler outside, at the port, so you can drink or refill your water bottle.

Very rude security guard. I had asked where I could buy a ticket/ Rav Card and he rudely said “I don’t know” and told me to just go through security line. The ticket machines were literally behind the guy and he could have just pointed them out to me. Taxi drivers are much nicer.
