My
husband
and
I
were
on
a
segway
trip
on
Saturday
7/21/18
in
Zichron
Yaakov
with
guide
Alon
Horvitz.
By
the
way,
this
was
a
birthday
present
for
a
guy
who
turned
58...
In
two
words:
highly
recommended!!!
And
by
extension:
For
those
who
are
afraid
of
the
Segway
-
there
is
nothing
to
fear!
An
easy
skill
to
grasp
and
the
guide
Alon
explained
and
got
us
used
to
it
and
made
us
feel
very
confident.
The
tour
itself,
two
whole
hours
(!)
was
simply
fascinating,
waiting,
varied,
funny
and
in
short
-
wonderful!
Alon
traveled
with
us
to
all
the
interesting
places
in
Zichron:
the
old
center
of
the
settlement,
historical
buildings
and
gardens
from
the
time
the
settlement
was
established,
Givat
Zemarin
where
Zichron
was
originally
established,
the
"Beit
El"
community,
the
Yemeni
neighborhood,
amazing
observation
points
in
all
directions:
west,
north,
east
and
even
a
little
towards
the
south
more
and
more.
We
drove
on
sidewalks,
a
little
on
roads
and
even
in
the
wild,
which
it
turns
out
is
quite
a
bit
within
Zichron
itself.
Alon,
the
guide,
full
of
knowledge
and
personal
charm,
made
our
time
pleasant
with
a
balanced
mix
of
explanations
and
funny
anecdotes,
while
he
was
always
careful
about
our
safety
on
the
Segway.
As
an
experienced
guide,
he
even
explained
to
us
about
the
vegetation
and
the
birds
and
animals
we
saw
along
the
way,
or
explained
to
us
that
there
were
animals
in
the
area.
Fascinating!
At
the
end
of
the
tour,
Alon
even
gave
my
husband
a
nice
little
gift
in
honor
of
his
birthday.
We
highly
recommend
the
guide
Alon
Horvitz,
the
segs
company
itself
and
the
two-hour
tour
in
Zichron
Yaakov.
I'll
add
another
word
about
Racheli,
the
gift
voucher
was
purchased
over
the
phone
from
her
-
Racheli
is
nice
and
charming
and
she
also
has
an
extension
from
here,
thank
you
very
much.
As
a
whole
-
from
the
moment
of
purchasing
the
gift
certificate
to
the
end
of
the
tour
when
we
removed
the
helmets
and
parked
the
Segway
-
the
experience
was
simply
wonderful.
We
found
out
what
other
routes
Alon
guides
and
since
he
also
guides
the
tour
in
Caesarea
-
there
is
no
doubt
that
at
the
first
opportunity
we
will
book
ourselves
places
for
the
tour
in
Caesarea.
