I visit Israel once a year on average,each visit for the past for the past 3 years I trained with team pit bull Tel Aviv under Roy Neeman. They offer a very friendly environment together with great technique and a high level of competitiveness in all belt levels.I have recommended the academy to friends in the US that visited Israel and they came back with very positive feedback. Ok, it's been about 5 years since I started training and I feel like I need to update my review. Team Pitbull in my honest opinion is still one of the best places to train BJJ in Israel. The people are super nice, the training is in an incredible high level, and there's now a beginners class to ease the entry of new people that want to train. every Friday there's an open mat and you can roll with amazing people until your arms turn into wet noodles and also a wrestling class. The trainer, Roy, treats all people with the same amount of attention. it doesn't matter if you're a competitive black belt or just started a week ago - he will coach everyone according to their level. All in all, a very good place to train and I recommend it to anyone who wants to starts or even people from abroad who just come to visit.

I trained in the US for 8 years at multiple schools where I received my brown belt , made Aliyah then started training with Roy in 2019. Never felt more at home while training at this gym. The people are all very respectful and Roy always manages to maintain a professional training environment for everyone at all levels. Whether you’re trying to compete or just have fun training, this is a safe place to get better at BJJ.

Great place to train! Right in the center of Tel-Aviv, easy to get to by public transportation and tons of parking if you're coming with a car. If you train BJJ and are visiting TLV, this is the place to go. There's a great mix of guys (and girls) from hardcore competitors and champions to easy-going "keep it playful" guys, and the coaching is top-notch. Everyone is nice and welcoming. You'll enjoy high-level training, great rolls, and leave with a bunch of new friends. I can't wait to train there again!
