Most expensive parking lot in the middle east. Getting a ticket is cheaper.

This place illustrates the contrast of the beautiful beach front, the nearby Marina and the sea breeze mixed with the smell of homeless people's urine. So much wasted potential...

This place has nothing to offer but junkies and a strip club. Some time in the past it was a nice place to be. But now Everyone are waiting for the city administration to remove this place and build a nice new shopping center.

Place is OK, but all the area around is abundant and a lot of not clean stuff around ... This place needs renovation or must be "resuscitated"

It's a small concrete square/plaza before stepping into the beachfront. Because there are no trees, it just a passer by. There are also no umbrellas. chairs/tables to relax on. Hence, one wonders what the purpose of this plaza is. There are stores around but many are closed. There's also a couple of bars/eateries, but only one is open. Perhaps, the only thing worth noting is the small cylindrical building (Impact Center printed on the entry door), of an interesting design. On the edge is vista to the marina and the beach.

Dirty, litter everywhere, windows dirty, very unmaintained, just a concrete jungle surrounded by hotels that are in desperate need of a makeover. Like a lot of modern Tel Aviv, it's a facade of Westernism that doesn't last.

Area is amazing! Parking underneath is so expensive. We spent 2:15 hours and paid over 100 shekels! Do Not park here at any circumstance!!

A modernist open space that never really worked. Main current claim to fame is it's at the top of the beach. Nice views
