The online photos are absolutely false. Don't trust this company. This apartment is listed on AirBNB as 'PRETTY 1 BR 5MN FROM THE BEACH - 45 RUPIN STREET' See the photos there and the real ones (posted here). Big scam. Place needs a complete overhaul. Was a shock to see this after 24 hours of flying/connecting. Too hard to fight and get major structural changes when you are jetlagged and going to be there for 2-3 days. AirBNB is usually no help.

Spent our stay in a very nice 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in a very central and lively area of Tel Aviv. My family (4 kids and two adults) really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend it

We rented an apartment from this company in Tlv, paid upfront. The flat was extremely dirty. We asked to provide alternative accommodation, they couldnt. We asked to refund the money, they refused. We couldn't stay in such conditions especially with a baby and had to leave literally 3 hours after check in. We tried calling and asked for a way to resolve this, including offering sacrificing 3 nights of the rent, but the company stopped replying and didnt answer calls. We really struggled to find a place during Passover in Tlv last min, with lots of luggage, a 9 month old baby and 3 adults, and ended up spending a lot more than planned, as well as losing money because of this people. Terrible service, rude staff and very dirty very old flat. A few examples are shown on the photos and videos but are far from capturing the true condition of the accommodation.

We stayed at a lovely 3 bedroom apartment on the 16th floor of the Isrotel Tower in Tel Aviv. The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 day stay, including a kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and basics like salt and oil. 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath. The sea view was gorgeous and relaxing. The rooftop pool is nice but small, bearing in mind you're sharing it with all the hotel guests and residents. The beach is so close, though, so you really don't need the pool. The location is perfect, close to all the attractions in Tel Aviv. The Sea N Rent team was always available for questions, to drop off an extra key, etc. I was a little hesitant to rent from them because I was unfamiliar with the company and usually rent holiday apartments through sites like Airbnb or Booking. But we took the plunge and I'm glad we did! I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to other travelers who need high quality hospitality.

I stayed at an apartment hosted by this company for two months and decided not to continue any longer for the rest of my stay locally, because the team would not take responsibility for the following: 1. No lights for a full week 2. No functioning doorknob for several days. (Actually no doorknob to open or close the door because it fell off) 3. No heated water for almost two weeks 4. A cleaning was supposed to be provided as part of the rental but they did not provide this. When trying to connect by text or phone each person would say that another person is responsible for it and nothing was repaired nor was a credit provided. The customer support person took over a week to respond to a single text during this time with no apology. If they would have responded or taken responsibility or provided a credit then it probably wouldn’t have bothered me so much The owners of the apartment themselves on Rupin are really wonderful and the place I stayed was super tiny but cute and functional. When I met the owners, coincidentally because they live upstairs, they were responsive and were able to do the repairs with ease and I really enjoyed meeting them and chatting. However beware of the Sea N’ Rent company because they are unscrupulous. They also have still not refunded my “damage deposit” although the unit was returned in pristine condition.

I stayed at a great studio on Rupin street in Tel Aviv. Amazing location, walking distance to Gordon and Hilton beach. Super close to dizengoff and the great restaurants. Super clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed, easy to get into and out of, and on a quiet street. Shower was a bit small, but great water pressure and temperature. Staff is super supportive and available, respond quickly and are professional. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Incredible property, exceeded all our expectations. The location is superb, walking distance to restaurants and several supermarkets. Around the corner from the beach and Tel Aviv port. The apartment itself is spacious, sunny, newly renovated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and included a stackable washer/ dryer. The host, Itai, was pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and responsive!

I'm in love with this apartment, a lot of space, super confortable and a view that takes your breath away every morning and sunset. I felt like honeymoon with my husband. The staff is great, always very helpful. I can't wait to come back!

I like this agency! All the process, starting from booking to checkout goes very smooth and with care all the time. My last apartment at 454 street was clean, enough space to stay and with big balcony with incredible view to all the city. The location is perfect. It was a great success to find and stay in so much comfortable apartment. We were all together: me, husband and daughter (6 y.o.). Apartment is clean and silent. Hello! I was the first time in Tel Aviv and enjoyed the apartment very much! All amenities as stated on booking platform were given and it is really central. My favourite café close by was „Rova“ delicious food and drinks!! Check it out!! ;-) We stayed for four nights and the check in and out was made super easy! Italy, our contact person was very responsive and could even help out as I forgot something inside the place after we left. Neighbour hood is safe and lively. Thank you - תודה

Great accommodations for our family of 6. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options and pack and play available with my last minute request. Communication was quick and easy. Plenty of clean towels. Access to apartment was simple and fantastic location in the heart of Tel Aviv.

My stay in this amazing apart was refreshing delightful and everything for my first night and time in Israel the space was clean comfortable the furniture was unique and great for pics. The location was perfectly placed on the beach and felt very safe during the day and at night. The host was attentive and made me feel safe. If you come to a Nahariya this is the place to stay 10/10 stars. My family and I really enjoyed!!!

Great hospitality and experience. The unit was located just across Namal Tel Aviv, a nicely renovated unit with fantastic location, equipped with everything you need for a stay including a superfast and reliable WIFI. it was properly sanitized, and the unit came with clean sheets and towels . Team was amazing in helping us during our stay, and was very understanding for early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our flight times. Special thanks to Itay ! I'll surely be a returning customer soon, and hope to stay in the same unit next time. Very highly recommended.

Excellent location in Jaffa old city, 5 minutes to sea and lots of restaurants and coffees nearby. The apartment is very clean and nice and has access to many facilities: pool, gym, sauna. We’ll return for sure! Thank you 🤗

All in all it was a great vacation. The location is fantastic, 3 minutes from Bograshov Beach in Tel Aviv. The view was incredible. The apartment was comfortable for a family of 4. Communication works well via Whatsapp. Can be improved: - beach towels, chairs and umbrella would be a nice touch. Also some beach games / ball. - games and books - more items in the kitchen (oil, sugar, spices, ...) - the sower head should be fixed

I had the best time with SeaNRent in Tel Aviv. The building was located in the most perfect area of the city and the studio was clean, full of light, with nice furniture and all the services I needed (Internet, Netflix, washing and drying machines). The rooftop was splendid, with beautiful plants and a peaceful atmosphere. Last but not least: the team was always here for me, very flexible and attentive to my needs. There was always someone to help me in a fast and efficient way. I really recommend 💯

We stayed in an apartment in Ruppin street for 2 weeks. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! 5 minutes walk from the beach, directly next to Ben Gurion blvd. public transportation to everywhere is easily reachable. Itay and Lior were very helpful and have responded to any question we had before arrival and during our stay. Can’t wait to come back for another visit and stay at one of Sea N rent’s apartments. Place was completely renovated. Outstanding sea view, located in a very comfortable spot in TLV, we’ll equipped and host was very responsive. Make sure to plan your check in if arriving by car as parking is a little tricky to unload luggage.

I had an oceanfront apartment, it was absolutely beautiful we had everything we needed here and was very clean. Itay was very attentive and replied quickly to any questions I had. I will for sure be coming back in the future and would highly recommend.

We stayed in a Tel Aviv apartment on the 19th floor with a panoramic view of the sea, and a balcony with porch furniture to enjoy it. Everything was as promised. Whenever I messaged Sea N' Rent, they replied within two minutes. Great service! I can't wait to go back. The only negative was the bed. It was too soft and sagged in the middle. Time for a new mattress, guys!
