Lachmanina

Cafe Bakery

👍👍 My definitely favorite bakery. Great sandwiches, and pastries. It's best to arrive at the morning or noon, by the evening most of the good stuff is gone. People often mention coffee, good, great, Great, pastries, bread,

My favorite coffee place in the area. Pistachio croissant is the best and must have with after-lunch coffee. Please never ever buy Nelson bread - it’s impossible to stop if you try even one piece. Nice variety of flowers, ceramics and more - thanks to lockdown for this amazing addition to great coffee

Delicious bakery. They also serve food like salads and practically anything that goes with bread. Good service, great coffee. Free wifi, outdoor and indoor seating.

They have a nice selection of pastries and other food items. The singing coffee man is a matter of personal taste (:

For bread, cookies, cakes Lachmanina can't be beaten. Really, their artisan bread is amongst the best ..and for take-home, after 8:00pm, any unsold bread is half price. Eating in...good coffee, sandwiches, a good selection of salads. Maybe best of all, is the friendly, very helpful staff. Customer centered as you would wish other places would be, but aren't.

Food was fine, but slightly overpriced. Very limited vegan options, but they were OK. The vibe is slightly too cosy, with larger tables over smaller ones.

Come here early in the morning and see the world doing his stuff, while you eat a bread and drink your coffee. Try the Nelson bread and the coffee. If there is still "Hetzi Pita Sabich" - try it, it is awesome. The prices a normal, but the place is crowded most of the time.

The coffe was good and the sandwich also! Pistachio croissant filled with oil and not recommended.

Breads have been substantially less fresh lately, and noticeably have been a day old on occasion (Nelson). Pricing of other products remains ridiculous (36NIS for a small tabouleh, sample size pesto 24NIS)

The service and food are great but the should really have a smoking/non-smoking areas, the way it is now it always comes at the expense of the none smoker who just mind their own business and really ruins the experience.

Great place to go for breakfast before work It's not likely you'll find a seat there (so many laptop people) but you can go to the park right next to the restaurant. Great food and nice people!

For years. This has been one of my favorites. It's very close and convenient to me and the food is always great, there are places to sit and some cute dogs every time.

One of the best bakeries and cafes in the area. Can highly recommend for the almond croissants, but also the rest of the pastries seem to be exceptionally good. Note that the prices are a bit high and waiting times are long but probably worth it.

Nice and chill cafe. The sandwiches are good though not very unique. The pastries are AMAZING, especially the pistachio croissant

This place has one of the worst service I have ever seen (and it says something in a country like Israel) The worker down right ignore the queue completely and the chaos that runs there is unimaginable. This is down right the most horrible place I have ever visited.

I had bulgur salad with olives, kohlorabi, feta cheese and cranberries. It was tart and sweet, not too heavy and very good. For desert I had a chocolate cheese cake with coffee. The portion was quite large and came with sour cream with a hint of orange. Again, very good. Would definitely visit again.
