Unfortunately that was not a nice experience. Good: 1.) The terrace is pretty nice, there are events such as pub crawl and yoga where people have a chance to meet others. Bad: 1.) The dorms have no windows, and there is no good ventilation system. In the nice looking areas such as library or kitchen: there is no air, no window. 2.) Hygiene is a HUGE problem. The floor of the room was full of dust, hair etc - I don’t think it was cleaned in the last 6 months. 3.) The breakfast is average and takes long time to get. At the end, it was not worth the money, I was happy that I actually booked very short and changed to another place. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The place to be is Selina beach in Tel Aviv! You will love this place in every way. It's the best. I stayed at Dan Panorama as well, but I like it much better here because I'm a lot more comfortable. Dan Panaroma is nice. However, it's very corporate. This is very much like home - only better! The rooms are well kept and clean. The friends I made are amazing including the yoga instructor. The pools on the rooftop are so cute. My friends back home are jealous. And on top of it all, are the staff. The staff are the most helpful and caring people I met in Israel so far. Seriously! They smile and talk to you respectfully. They show genuine concern for your needs and help in every possible way they can. They have an exceptional amount of patience in answering questions and even have a WhatsApp chat available. They helped me get a great price for my stay without making me feel bad. They will truly do everything to make your stay unforgettable in a good way. I wish I can stay forever. My entire Israel experience is better because of Selina Beach.

We wandered in here over pride weekend, when most places were fully booked. They were able to squeeze us into a room and make it work. The staff working were all lovely and knew abunch about the city with great tips. The rooftop was banging! Great views at night of the city lights behind and incredible view of the blue beach in the day, that is 30 seconds away. Good vines, good views, good drinks and good people. Would stay here again! Thanks from Canada!

Amazing Selina with an incredible rooftop, right near the nice beaches and nice staff. Open to all sorts of people (families, solo travelers, etc.) and you can for sure meet new people here. Also a small pool up the rooftop. With a good budget, I can definitely recommend!

The location, welcome drinks on the rooftop, the cleanliness and newness, the amazing facilities like the yoga room and the cafe downstairs - all great. The dorm was quiet, dark, comfortable, clean and had its own bathroom. Each bed had a curtain, charger and two mini lights. There were lockers but no locks. I felt so safe and would absolutely stay here again . **** Update**** Just came back here for a coffee because they were so accommodating last time I was here. Wow. The baristas actually listen to the order and prepare unique drinks just the way I like it. Everyone I've met that works in the cafe has wonderful eye contact, is helpful and pleasant. I appreciate it so much!

We were evacuated from from our home due to the missiles from Gaza to Selina. The 3 days we spent there were amazing. Great place, young and cool vibes, spacious rooms and amazing rooftop. You rock guys🙏🙏🙏

Location and the atmosphere is perfect. This Hotel is designed for meeting people. The rooms are ok, breakfast as well. Overall, because of the good service and the location I give five stars and recommend staying here if you want to explore Tel Aviv

Location is literally right on the beach and they rent out surfboards at reception which is nice! The entire property feels very new, clean, and has good facilities. Rooftop bar and lounge area is great as well. Only complaint is the lack of community feel. It is very much a hotel with lots of private rooms for families to stay in. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Location at the beach is amazing. Yet, from all the selinas worldwide I was disappointed. If you want to have a lousy breakfast for 20€ (invcludes only 1 coffee - everything else is extra charged) than go ahead. I will not go back but happy to visit other Selinas. Really disappointed by service, priuce quality ratio and everything else.

I loved everything about Selina! The rooms were nice and tidy. Selina has a beautiful rooftop and is located right at the beach. Also the stuff is lovely. A special shout out to Evgeny, cause he makes coffee with special ingredient of love and happiness. Bat is an amazing girl that works there. She gives all her heart to make the guests happy. Last but not least: Ortal offers the best pub crawl in the world ! Make sure to join it :)

    - dorm rooms are very modern with excellent air conditioning but almost no space for luggage. - bathrooms include shampoo/conditioner and shower gel, impressive! - AMAZING location right across from Charles Clore beach and 5 mins walk from Jaffa, 15 mins walk from Rothschild Blvd. Bus 54 from Central bus station or HaHagana train station will drop you right outside. - gorgeous rooftop chill out and bar area with loads of comfy day beds and sofas. - I only wish they provided free maps of the city like Abraham do.

Honestly the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Adar checked me in and was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, better bathroom/shower then expected. Loved the rooftop and 4th floor kitchen/chillout area. Cafe served great Shakshuka. Will definitely be booking here my next visit

Everything was great. Rooftop is everything… That small pools on the roof and atmosphere is really cool. Common rooms doesn’t have window yeah but it’s not problem at all cause rooms are really spacious. Beds are comfortable and bed curtains are perfect if you care privacy. Showers and the toilet inside the room which is good cause you don’t have to go outside of the room like many hostels. They provide free shower gel, shampoo and towel (that’s also not common in many hostel). The only thing I can say that must be improved is peds of the sunbed at the roof and chair in the room. It looks really dirty although all hostel is clean. And the second thing is chargers next to the bed is not useful for apple users. You need to charge your phone somewhere in the room cause it’s just for usb. Thanks for the everything guys!

Great value. Excellent location. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Common areas have a good vibe, including the cage in the lobby and the rooftop bar. Looking forward to staying again.

Very nice modern room, clean but if I’m being picky I’d say it’s also a bit basic, nothing too special. Rooftop is very nice & a good vibe. Hostel is very busy & friendly atmosphere. Location is perfect & you can get to all the main sights in just 15 minutes. Only complaint would be the welcome drink which was a bit sour, next time try a Dissaronno sour haha

Amazing place. While waiting for our midnight tour we have wondered into this place in search of cold water and a shelter from heat. Nice, quiet, perfect for midnight coffee lovers.

This is an really luxury place at a perfect location 1-minute walk to the beach. I slept in a dorm and therefore it was quite cheap as well. The rooftop terrace is really amazing. It is one of the best chill spots I ever saw with an amazing sea view. I would come again.

Cool hotel and probably even better if you pay online beforehand. the reception is awfully badly organized. they charged us more than double and couldn't fix it while we were there. The housekeepers always turn on all the lights and sometimes leave the windows open (bad for the environment and you can end up with tons of insects in your room). at least the breakfast was amazing and the hotel amenities in general are quite surprising. let's see if they fix the payment issue asap...

Great accommodation. Hotel/Hostel feeling with reception There are 3 small pools on the rooftop which is amazing. The rooms are great and there is a shared kitchen for 6 levels. On the hall you can order breakfast and there is a bar. The location is sooo good. According to the really high prices in TelAviv it is a good and normal hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Selina Tel Aviv Beach hotel! The room was spacey, clean and the view was amazing! Staff was really helpful & polite, the way they work plus the decorations give you such chill & calm vibes. We would highly recommend staying there.

Stayed in a room on 6th floor, was very noisy until late in the night due to loud music on their rooftop. Check-in experience was poor, I had to wait until 5pm in the lobby for the room to be ready. The staff was not communicating with me and I had to come and ask if the room was ready. The room did not have any coffee machine as advertised on the pictures during the booking process. Location is not very convenient as there aren't much restaurants in the area. The only plus is the proximity to the sea shore. Would not recommend overall.

AMAZING EXPIRIENCE We stayed in Selina Beach for one night, it was great. The loacation is absolutely amazing, just on the beach, right near everything Tel Aviv has to offer. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view. The staff were all kind and friendly from Avi the bartender to Allan the manager. But the best thing was the rooftop - great music and atmosphere with the absolutly amazing view of Tel Aviv, worth visiting for drinks and snacks. Overall the experience was the best we could hope for, great value for money, highly recommend.

My name is Jethro. I had an amazing stay at this hostel last june 11-13 2022 this year. I dont usually do reviews but I feel like the friendliness, cleanliness of this hostel needs to be acknowledge. I dont remeber the name of the manager at the reception with curly hair, but she was kind hearted, professional and really approachable- kudos to this manager who I think is a huge asset of this hostel. My experience at this hostel is is definitey a 5 star. Cant wait to come back next year and definitely staying here again! ❤️😍

I didn't stay at the hotel but was welcomed by the receptionist to enjoy it's rooftop bar, that apparently also offer mexican food (I didn't eat). The bartenders were generous with their attention and offered me to try the different whites when I hesitated. This early Sunday evening I found the rooftop really relaxing, the lounge techno was on good volume and it wasn't crowded. Mostly young travelers making new friends around the little round pools. I enjoyed the 1+1 deal, 44ils/wineglass. I imagined the sunset would be nice from there but unfortunately the sun sets right behind the bar, however one CAN see it from the beautifully arched room next to the rooftop!

Excellent location, sea facing and beach at walking distance. Amazing place and vibes especially for youngsters who travel on tight budgets. Rooms may have upto 8 people with solid bunk beds and clean linen with towels provided. Toilet and bathroom are attached and clean. Great rooftop swimming pool and bar area which offers 1+1 till 7pm. Food is also served on the rooftop and usually opened till late with music. You will find people from various countries hanging out together.

The Hotel was amazing, very well located on the beach of Tel Aviv, in front of the waves :) The service was really cool and the host very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for our trip in and outside the city. Great Souvenir. Recommended 100 % !

GREAT STAY After a great stay with Selina in London iv'e decided to try out their new Tel Aviv location. Already at check in we were greeted by the same manager from London (What are the odds?) which immediately brought us back to the warm, chill vibe we took from our last stay. We were positively surprised with a brand new hotel, sparkling clean rooms and an amazing rooftop with cool events. Would definitely come again and would hope that Allen that manager from London would be in every location we visit

Our stay at Selina Beach in Tel Aviv was amazing. The Hostel offers everything you can wish for - from the perfect location next to the beach, free yoga classes, a rooftop bar with pool, a coffee shop and chill area as well as a co-working area. The staff is friendly and supportive. Our room was clean, stylish and surprisingly large. It included a TV, a fridge and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfy! The location is suitable for walks to restaurants, cafés and along the beach promenade. We highly recommend this place!

Selina's has come a long way since their laid back South American hostel days - in a bad way. After having to cancel our stay due to a death in my family, the hotel not only charged us the full price for a 3 day stay, but also an additional 17% VAT (which you don't pay when you actually stay in thei hotel as a non-citizen). So we were charged extra for having to cancel, after which the room undoubtly was sold for a second time. Our further emails were just ignored. No compassion, no thinking along to maybe move the reservation to a new date, or even not the most reasonable option of only paying the first night (as every other hotel does). Selina's is clearly only interested in making money these days, rather than showing some human decency and being the hospitable place it once was.
