The place is quite big but since it's open to all so it isn't all that maintained. Garbage and litter all around the place. Regular people come at morning and evenings for a walk. The place offers coaching for badminton, football, swimming, table tennis, body building, taekwondo, basketball, hockey, etc.

A Place where you can get trained to all the sports such as football,hockey , swimming, athletics.They have highly experienced coaches .You can come here and get a morning jog.

-Not well maintained -having much Greenery -good place for jogging - good cricket ground -many number of games are played here When i visited there ,it was medal distribution date for some games Basically district level games are played here . Stairs made for sitting purpose

Nice place for sports lovers , getting a much needed makeover , granted by our Honourable PM Narendra Modi ji , thanks to him Varanasi has been getting good infrastructure development in the past 9-10 years.

Dr Sampurnanand Multipurpose sports stadium, nicknamed Sigra Stadium, is located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It is the main stadium in the city where first-class cricket and football matches are held. The ground is managed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. This stadium is a multi-dimensional sports facility with excellent support features. The ground was host to a varied set of state and national level events; this complex has volleyball, association football, and kabaddi grounds. Also known as Sigra Stadium, this facility hosts a range of cultural and entertainment events of the locality as well. Training sessions of different events are held here on a daily basis and lot of youngsters from the area are the beneficiaries.

Very Good design and infrastructure. And construction is ongoing first phase 70℅ complete and second phase is strated.
