It looks new, but because the hallway window is open and the apartment is not maintained properly there are lots of insects in the hallway. There were beetles, dragonflies, flies, mosquitoes, tomcats, moths, tomcats and other animals that I don't know what they were. Just be careful not to let the animals enter the room. More than a year there and the talk of having a front window cleaner is still a discourse. Or completely forgotten. I'm too lazy to protest. There are 3 lifts but only 1 is operated for Covid reasons. We are forced to gather in one elevator because of Covid, such a logic. He said he could wait for the others to go up first, are you surprised by the reasons for this apartment? Luckily this apartment was quiet so the wait for the elevator didn't take that long. If it's busy, we gather together to wait for the elevator. Due to Covid reasons, access to B2 is closed. Previously, workers who wanted to renovate the apartment parked and accessed it from B2, but because of Covid everyone had to gather at B1. Let's make a cluster, okay? There is no mini market or laundry place. Gallon water, gas, laundry, find and bring it yourself. The nearest mini market is about 5 minutes by vehicle. There is no clothesline. The balcony is only a place for the AC fan, it comes out through the window. Sprinkle water frequently because the AC fan area becomes a nest for animals. There is a 24 hour front guard and the security guards are friendly. If the person guarding the reception likes to disappear, they say they are guarded 24 hours, but at night there is usually no one on duty, they say there is a shortage of people, but the management doesn't want to admit it. Electricity tokens are only sold at the office, you cannot buy them outside. The office is not 24 hours either. I'm confused if the tokens run out at night, the office is closed, the reception is empty, the security guard doesn't know where he is, so I don't want to go to the exit because there is definitely a security guard there.

New premium living in Solo Baru! The apartment is unique & nice. The large area can be used as a jogging track, if it's sunny, the view is straight up to 3 mountains. It's really suitable for healing because the atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy!

I just want to share my experience...I once stayed for a few days in an apartment here, yes, it was for a standard price, but what I regretted was that when I entered the car park in the parking lot, it felt deserted, so it looked SINGING and HORROR. Coincidentally, when I came with my family, it was raining heavily, when I entered the car park it was FLOODED. Isn't it funny... it's not an outdoor parking lot but it's FLOODING... When you want to take the elevator, press elevator number 1 and the one that opens is number 3, and then the corridor is very quiet so it feels haunted... I heard that there are also lots of horror incidents there... Does MANAGEMENT know that?? Don't let this apartment be labeled HORROR APARTMENT Well, at night I ordered food online, why did I have to go down to the lobby to get the food myself... it was really a hassle having to go up and down again... If possible, give each room a balcony so you can relax while you can see the view of the city of Solo at night Suggestion: if possible, MANAGEMENT should pay more attention to building maintenance.
