They activated my Sim card from Germany and charged me 60€ and said it was not their fault... My Data rooming was turnd off so they did the mistake. So be careful there

Not big but this lounge offering nice service and quite complete dishes and drinks including good coffee from good machine. I mostly loved with the double shot of espresso and the omelette to start a breakfast when having first flight in the morning. Located between gate 16-17 at the domestic departure of the Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta. You just show your telkomsel no and redeemed your point. Seems this will works with post paid membership instead of the prepaid.
