I guess its still one of the best option for waiting in Terminal 3. Not much option for food, but i really enjoy the atmosphere here, relaxing. It has smoking room, shower room, food and drinks. Those are enough. Located nearby gate 13. Price is double now, so i guess no longer worth it.

Lovely soothing ambiance, courteous staffs. Well stocked international buffet with a la minute food stations according to meal times. Kids' playground, vip rooms available. Clean and spacious bathroom. Well placed and thoughtfully spaced automated massage chairs. If having urge to shop, ground duty free shopping cart makes appearances.

A very nice lounge, it was not as busy on the day I visited. The food & drink choices are very limited, perhaps they could look into improving the spread. The toilets are clean with a nice shower facility, which I used. Could take you upto 15-20 mins away to the furthest gate.

I have been to dozens of lounge. I have high expectations to visit the flagship lounge of Skytrax five stars Garuda airline this time. Unfortunately, I leave disappointed. It's totally overated. Old stained couch, basic food and beverage were fine fore. But I can't bear the poorly hygiene conditions. For example, there has some cockroach under the coffee maker... It seems they have a long way to be a real five stars airline.

The entrance is immediately after immigration! Turn quickly, or you’ll miss it! The hallway is a walk through a time warp to 1974…. The mod brown tones! Overall the staff was great… the facilities a bit worn and the restrooms could use a good scrub. Nice place to wait for your international flight… and the gates are close!

Sad, sad, sad. When you're paying business class prices and go to an airport lounge you expect a 4-5 star experience. The experience with the Garuda Executive Lounge us a two star experience at best. The furniture is stained and worn, the bar is absent of alcohol with the exception of a couple of bottles of wine and the bar counter is filled with bottles of water. The food was very dissapointing. Pasta was undercooked and the sauce was luke warm. While there is a lot of variety, the quality and selection could be better. Most people took a look at what was in the chafing dishes and opted for prewrapped sandwiches and fresh fruit. The shower facilities left a lot to be desired, with a shelf that was sagging and grout that needed to be cleaned and towels that were on par with a two star hotel.

I don’t know what to say. I’ve been to many lounges before and this probably is neither the best nor the worst. Interior wise, amazing. Truly is the reflection on how Garuda should’ve been. Everything else,, terrible. Maybe bcz they only serve “Garuda Passenger” and not “Citilink”, even thou I was eligible to enter the so called “exclusive lounge”. Or maybe, bcz i came at 12 am as my flight was on 2 . I honestly don’t know. But my expectation was, no matter what time, what airline was served, service must always be the same. I do expect a decrease in food and drinks service. But not at this level. At first, they didn’t let me in bcz my ticket is Regular Citilink. And when i was finally able to enter, The only food available was “nasi kucing”. I do however enjoy another meal called “nasi goreng” served 15 minutes before my flight. But I still couldn’t believe my 1st experience spoiled bcz of this. So the question is, is it worth the money? Well I don’t know. Maybe i came just at the wrong time. The service in kualanamu is much better. Will i return? Probably. But not at 12am. My disappointment is huge bcz i admire garuda so much, and no wonder they’re failing.

If you trying to play with the big guys... What a poor experience and they call it officially "Garuda Lounge". Spacious (because nobody shows up) and full of... ahhh ... ups... so ... nothing to be worth to mention. Food, lukewarm and uncovered - guests passing by and coughing. You can choose between rice (pure) or some kind of (maybe) noodles and sweeeeet chicken. The cake is dry as out of the sandbox. Drinks are Coke, Fanta, Sprite as a sugar bombs. Water, coffee and tea - that's it. If you can't speak Indonesian forget to ask someone in English. No possibleaties to charge the smartphone (only some power sockets at the wall and on few seats). They offering WLAN but it's out of order.... and so on and so on

Been here many times, but today’s foods are the best of all the visit ever to this lounge(foods on many visit before were all awful for real). Not so many options served, but almost all of them are delicious(it’s better than having many awful foods). Atmosphere: some people talk and laugh loudly

Once you are through security and immigration, the airport is nice. Terminal area is spacious and very clean and thought out. Garuda lounge is quiet and staff is very nice and attentive, but not overbearing. A little hard to find, but worth the search.

A shabby little shocker of a lounge. Dirty, understaffed, a makeshift tent city with sleeping guest strewn about the lounge like something in an apocalyptic novel. There are actually plenty of seats but groups monopolise entire areas to sleep. This is the lounge Qatar Airways uses in Jakarta. Save your time, sanity, and health and hang out in the terminal concourse instead. You would have a more pleasant experience.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Variety of food and snacks plus beverage and wine, beer. Smoking room for 4 person available. Better than Saphire! 👏

I’ve been here a couple times, but this time the food is the best I’ve had, even the nasi liwet served cold, but the taste is good. Shoutout to the chef in the egg station, he made a beautiful scrambled egg deliciously. The atmosphere is quiet good, just got a group that talking loudly in the other side of the lounge.

Old. Especially the Bathrooms. Hot water was finished after one minute. The fan couldn’t be closed or adjusted. Staff friendly. Shower Kit not really helpful. For food there are no options. Drinks are unfortunately not drinkable. It needs to be improved.

What a let down. Really basic. Business class Qatar flight and was put in this lounge. Really a sad situation for an executive lounge.

Not too many variation of food served. Coffee machine has no milk. The receptionist staff keep talking and laughing so laugh it's quite annoying.

It’s clear most of the reviews here that are more than two stars are from people who are not well travelled. This lounge is an embarrassment to Garuda (and aviation). Appalling cleanliness. Only lukewarm beverages available. The bread must have been a week old. Inedible.

The lounge is basic and clean. Food and beverage selections are minimal. The wifi network is barely working. I cannot even get on it. Unfortunately, for a lounge to represent Garuda Airlines and other airlines (JAL, Qatar, etc.) it is poorly managed. For business travelers, the facility is not up to par. I can understand for this lounge as a domestic lounge. For international level, it needs to have more amenities.

Decent food. Wine available. Not the best lounge I've been in by far but certainly not the worst

Limited choices of food. Cleanliness could be improved.

Overall, it is such a vast improvement from the old lounge in the old terminal. Ridiculously huge as well, and that is seen in the walk to get to the lounge. The lounge itself is not bad, and holds itself up quite well to the standards of other major international airports. Though i would say the food selections are still a bit weak yet, again, they are improving.

A very comfortable place when you will wait for your free time for boarding departures after checking , but it seems like you have to be a regular customer of the GARUDA INDONESIA airline in order to get service here, of course executive service.

This is the worst business class lounge I have been in and trust me I’ve been in a few. Staff don’t care, no alcohol and stale food. After paying for business class with Qatar airways I expected more. Come to the airport late if you can get through the business class check in where they don’t value you either…..

I was too embarrassed to take any photos, it was in dire state of poor condition. We saw cockroach running across the buffet table displaying food. The food were ghastly in bad condition, salad didn’t look fresh, food were not at all presentable, cold oil frozed floating on the chicken stir fry, congee is cold, fruits were not freshly looking. Bread looked stale and old. Unsure what happen but it is in a horrifying condition. Attention to cleanliness and fresh food displayed are extremely crucia. No excuse at all
