Nice. It's spacious and has a lot of convenient store, cafe and bookstore. Better than terminal 1 and 2. But, the last gate from the check in center takes about 2 km and they not provide enough elevator and cars.

Not bad at all, specially for free facility. There are several foods and beverages. Fried rice, soto, snack like cracker, peanuts, fried bananas, tea and coffee, ice juice and others. But, when i tried to taste fried rice, it was cold. Maybe in some other time, the services can be improved. Thanks to Telkomsel for the services

big, clean and modern airport. Friendly to persons with disabilities. Complete facilities and friendly staff. but unfortunately the plane queue is quite long so it interferes with flight schedules. I hope there will be a fix soon.

One of my favorite place to wait the flight beside the Garuda executive lounge (eventhough lately was quite rare to visit there due to the cigarette smells which really troublesome). You only need to claim via your telkomsel point and after that you can enjoy their service which provide quite various snacks and meals. They also provide coffee bar and they can make the great espresso which sometimes better compare to other cafe that I was visited before. Really great since I did not need to smell the cigarette fragrance. Located between gate 16-17 domestic departures at T-3. Recommended 👌👍

This terminal has big space and sufficient counter for customer service. Prayer space is need to be more spacious and facilitate. But still satisfactory.

Place is good enough but its food menu need more improvement. But services is very good

One of the best airport in Indonesia, probably in SEA too. Very big & specious, and very modern too. Everything looks perfectly managed and placed. Always love to depart and arrive in this Terminal 3.

Waiting long to get two tourist SIM cards. Later one did not provide data and we needed to fix the problem in Telekomsil i. Bekasi.
