Wow .. the newly renovated Plaza lounge is amazing. It’s now definitely one of the best lounge in this region. It’s huge and luxurious, it has shower, massage, premium food and drinks. They don’t take Priority Pass anymore though, so you need Amex or some other premium cards.

Tried this lounge today in the morning. Quite clean and comfy. Has a lot of seats and work stations. Food selection is limited but taste wise is good. They have hot food like baked beans, scrambled egg, sausages, fried noodles, nasi lemak, bread and pastry, cereals, fruits, fruit juices and coffee tea. They have shower rooms as well. Overall a good lounge. They can improve on their speed to clean up the used plates/cups etc left by customers; I found many tables with plates cups from previous customers.

Saphire lounge is located near Gate 7. The food is great. There are comfortable chairs along the wall.

The lounge is a bit small (very narrow and long). The sign outside said it’s the temporary lounge so Maybe they will move to their permanent location soon. The lounge has decent selection of food with a soda machine / tea and pots of hot coffee. There is also a coffee bar at the end but the barista wasn’t there the whole time. It was quite hot in the lounge however...

The lounge was just okay. I used my Priority Pass access for entry. The food was okay. No alcohol when I was there in May. But the lounge was just too hot.

The best thing about this lounge is the shower facility, which is clean and functional. The lounge itself is not great. The seating area is mostly set out like an airport gate with rows and rows of seats facing each other - no privacy or sense of individual space. The range of food and drinks on offer is very limited and the food quality is poor. Worst of all, the room is really quite noisy, with the constant shrill beeping of alarms that are given out when you place a food order (presumably to save money by not providing a buffet). It doesn't feel like a relaxing or rejuvenating space, which is what you need before a long flight.

Comfortable lounge overlooking the tarmac. Unfortunately the food and beverage options are minimal and well below standard for a self proclaimed premium lounge.

It was my first time for me to enter this lounge. I think it is clean, neat and nice، the menue change every day according to people working there. There are not many options of food, but the food is tasty. It's spacious, and people there are nice. Also, i like the lockers they had outside as it helped me to do shopping, so i have a place to leave my language.

Overcrowded for Thai Airways. Singapore airlines seems to have their own space. Food options are fine, but not great. The food wait time can be as long as 15 minutes and if you are in a hurry, you will be flying with empty stomach. If you are flying on Singapore airlines, it might be okay. I was on Thai Airways and the experience was subpar.

This lounge enjoys the schadenfreude of telling you that *your* Amex does not qualify for admission. Nor does your Priority Pass. Nor do most of your Indonesian credit cards. Middle class passengers? They are looking down on you! And oh look! The poor passengers have to pay more than the rich for the privilege of a shower. They are laughing at you now!

The Plaza Premium lounge is relatively new. The old one was smaller, less variety. The new lounge is spacious, grand. Food options are very good. Having said that, I wanted a cheese omelette and they only had Parmesan. The omelette was not fully cooked. Service was attentive to the point of being annoying. I know they just want to please. So much nicer than a Garuda lounge. Classier, cleaner, quiet, much more comfortable. Update: they fixed the cheese issue. There is now sliced cheese for omelets. I had a wonderful cappuccino. The barista was very good. The omelette is served with baked beans, sausage, and tator tots. All served cold. Indonesians in general don’t mind eating their food at room temperature but to most other travelers this isn’t right. It’s not safe to eat omelets that aren’t fully cooked. Food safety should be taken more seriously.

The amenities in this Plaza Premium Lounge are top-notch, from luxurious seating to delicious food and beverages. Highly Recommended !! 😍😄

Recently renovated. Located on the international side. Large seating area. Barrista makes good coffee. Kids play room with toys and tv. Not many airport lounges in Indonesia are like this. So, a pretty nice upgrade compared to other local options. Currently does not accept priority pass. But you can use your amex platinum “global” to get in.

Plaza premium lounge has been upgraded and renewed. I like this upgrade and really have upgrade on the food and the lounge environment. However, the hot food only have that 4 choices, if you don't want to eat either one of them, I don't know what you can eat to fill your stomach. They are providing the free beer and wine, you are ask for the bar. Their fruit not much choice, i would like to complain that. Overall, it is still above the standard.

I’m not one to give bad reviews, but this lounge truly deserves it. Starting with the shower… the first one had no running water and the second one had only cold water from the tap with a shower head. The shower bathroom was unclean and gross. The food was ok, clearly the chef cared about the dishes, but it was extremely unclean with flies and pieces of chicken all over the cabinet. Drink options were lacking. Staff in general were not very helpful. Wifi was terrible. Honestly, would recommend sitting in a restaurant instead but definitely do not pay to enter.

I think its one of the worse plaza premium or comparing to other lounge. I would rather stay in other restaurants available in the terminal and using the public toilet than using my complimentary in this lounge. Food: 4/10 Toilet: 2/10 - smelly Seating: 5/10 Staff: 3/10 - not particularly friendly especially the front desk Note: no announcement for ppl using air asia. But seriously, still dont have any courtesy to at least inform. Whats the point staying in the lounge.

Small little lounge but has everything you need. Bar serves beer and wine. Buffet style hot food.

Long wait just to get inside while the staff manually enters all the details from your boarding pass. Extremely limited selection of food. The "hot" food is served cold. Drinks are all kept behind the counter so you need to line up and request each one. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This lounge had been moved and combined to only a single lounge at the new Jakarta airport terminal. They serve good Indonesian food, and you are required to order their hot food at the counter such as Bakso noodle, spaghetti, Ayam penyet, etc. You can get some wine or beer, and also coffee/tea from the counter if you do not want to take any soft drinks from the fridge. There are snacks and deserts as well in several area in the lounge. Seats are limited and not cleaned in time causing difficulty to find suitable seats. The toilet and shower room are located at the end of the lounge and is well maintained and clean. Not much of interior design but nicely decorated according to each festive season. You can have a nice view of the airport entrance from here. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There is a special space for Singapore Airline guests at the other end of the lounge. Most of the guest from other airlines will be using the common lounge, including guest using their credit cards as well.

Absolutely disgusting.... Flies everywhere at the food area. Seriously you call this a first class lounge?? The food served is horrendous... Cold noodles? Shouldn't you switch on the heater?

Now they serve warm food like pastas and beefball soup. Better. But wifi internet still slow, sometimes cannot connect. Please quickly improve. While waiting for improvement, we can connect to Asiangames2018 Wifi instead.

Decent Airport lounge at international terminal 3 at CGK Jakarta. Near to gate 5. There’s many seats at different areas of the lounge. There’s also a bar counter and a hot food counter. Food choices is okay considering the lounge is not very big. Shower room and toilets available.
