A quiet hideaway before flight at International Terminal 2F, Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK). Big windows overseeing ramp operations and airfield takeoff & landing. Sufficient facilities for travelers needs.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Saphire Lounge at Bandara Soekarno Hatta Terminal 2F and I can't sing its praises enough. The staff members went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest, ensuring that my every need was met with a smile. The seating area was both elegant and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere to unwind before my flight. The food selection was a delightful surprise – a wide range of delicious options that catered to various tastes, all prepared to perfection. What's even better is the reasonable price for such a high-quality experience. Saphire Lounge truly delivers an exceptional package of attentive staff, inviting ambiance, delectable food, all at a fantastic value. It's a must-visit for any traveler passing through!

From 99k may 2023 to 120k on July 2023 but still affordable. Few choices of food. Nice seating area. No towel provided.

The woman in front said that the place has just been renewed. The only way to access this place is by paying IDR 99k. No priority pass, credit card or anything else. However, the place is clean, quiet and really nice for those who seek a place to rest before flight. You can eat, smoke, sleep, or whatever at a reasonable price. The food variation was basic, but delicious at the time I was here. 10/10 would come here again.

Comfortable and quiet, nice selection of local food. Potentially problematic is tha fact that the airport PA system cannot be heard inside here, so as noted in my feedback to the management they must at least hang a clock or something that displays local time anywhere, it is simply not acceptable for an international airport lounge to cause passengers to inadvertently miss their flight.

This must be the only lounge with a buffet inside terminal 2. Place quite nice with many seats. Although the food taste average, it is still the best option while waiting for the flights. For around 120k you get to have drinks n food, good wifi, computers to use, comfy seats. Toilet with shower also available. I would choose this over the other hectic restaurants around.

[NO LONGER QCCEPTING PRIORITY PASS] I was there in May 2023. Staff shared they are no longer part of priority pass; entrance fee is now USD90. Note that there are no other priority pass at this terminal 2F (i.e. I was flying AirAsia), so you would have to make your own arrangements.

Staff a bit rude. Good and beverages are what you would expect from paying $8 USD to enter. It’s comfortable enough.

Good Seating and Spacious, but food varieties are less and majorly focused on ASEAN style. No Alcoholic drinks available.

Comfort lounge at T2 internasional. Not so crowded. Food is enough, taste less but menu is okay. Shower available. Perfect place to spend time prior to boarding.

Quite spacious, not many people, comfort chairs, cool aircon, clean toilets, and offers several kind of food and drink. Comfortable place while waiting for boarding, but there will be no announcement for any departure.

Priority pass lists this lounge as available but was told that it’s not !! Dunno who’s correct… Receptionist then told me lounge was accessible for 99k idr fee. Was reluctant at first and decided to see other options. 5 mins later decided to pay for the lounge after all (this is supposed to be one of the international departure terminals, but the facilities were hugely disappointing or non-existent. Beware!), but when I arrived back at reception, she said the lounge would close at 8pm. It was then 7.45 What a farce !

The guy at the front counter waited till we made the payment before informing us smilingly "by the way, the WIFI does not always work". By "does not always work" he meant it does not work. We spent three hours trying the wifi to no avail. At least food was decent if very limited in spread.

Just across immigration in Terminal 2. As usual, Jakarta airport lounges are never great. Plenty of seats, have smoking area, and the variety food in this lounge are better than similar lounges. But the taste is just mediocre. And as usual staff personality is great but discipline is a bit lacking. If you have long waiting time / suitable credit cards to get free access, it might be worth it. BCA Prioritas is not accepted here.

The foods are slightly different than other saphire lounge in other airports. They have spacious lounge area, good toilets, nice bathroom, and smoking room. If you have to wait 3 hours or more, this lounge is a great deal. 150K idr for all of the facilities here. They don’t inform boarding schedule so be wary.

Busy lounge, quite a big lounge, plenty of seats. There are two food stations: one that serve pasta and local noodles and beverages which include alcoholic drinks such as wine, beer; while the other station serves salad, Asian food, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages. Service was just alright. Some dishes were refilled at a very slow pace, it was literally empty most of the time. If you’re not on business class, the lounge fee is about IDR600,000 per pax for two hours, including tax.

This lounge is accessible to you only if you fly out of Terminal 2 (Gate with the letter F, eg F1 F2..) If you have a priority pass, you can use the lounge. It is located just after the passport control. The set up is OK. Food is limited. They have many seats but none of which you can lay down and take a nap. The sofa and seats are tough to have a good power nap. They have work desk for your laptop and also meeting rooms. Please also at the reception. It is pretty decent, But plenty of room to improve. Especially on the Food and Beverages side.

If you don't have the privilege to enter for free, it's totally worth the walk-in price of Rp. 150.000. You get unlimited good coffee, food, drinks, etc. The wifi is not perfect but usable. The alternative, if you want to work or relax between flights, is to sit in a restaurant/cafe somewhere else in Terminal 2F (there's not a lot of good options), and you'll likely spend the same amount.
