Nice place and you will be able to see the plane directly from your room while you enjoying your espresso and another dishes/beverages.

Many seats available, not crowded, limited food options and not well presented. Some spoons are not clean. Have Gaya spa inside.

The location has moved twice. First near the transit door, and second near the aircrew lounge. Now a permanent location near Gate 17. Suitable for passengers waiting for the plane or in transit. Good food and quite comfortable place. Coffee shop is available inside. View to aircraft apron. Recommended for those of BNI credit card holders.

A nice place for waiting airplane at Soekarno Hatta...food is good but not excellence. Overall always visit & work at BNI Saphire whenever at T3 terminal.

😐 I guess its still one of the best option for waiting in Terminal 3. Not much option for food, but i really enjoy the atmosphere here, relaxing. It has smoking room, shower room, food and drinks. Those are enough. Located nearby gate 13. Price is double now, so i guess no longer worth it.

👍👍 big, clean and modern airport. Friendly to persons with disabilities. Complete facilities and friendly staff. but unfortunately the plane queue is quite long so it interferes with flight schedules. I hope there will be a fix soon.
