Ngga ngeh review pizza marzano pik ternyata sejelek ini when I’m about to add another bad experience that just happened tonight when me & family dine here) We’re all craving for some nice pizza and i suggest coming here. Boy, I don’t think I’ll ever back. The service is so slooooow. They don’t even greet new customer anymore. Tables from previous customer don’t get clean up immediately. The first and second order comes at an “okay” time. But our third order.. we see another table that come way later than us got served food first. Even the grab and gojek who order way later than us get served first! When i ask where is our pizza, she said “oh sorry! Think we skipped a bit” “Skipped a bit??” “Skipped a bit??” The pizza marzano management should listen to all of this feedback by customers if they want to keep their business open

Attending our nephew’s birthday party at this Italian restaurant. They gave us a menu card that we can choose from 3 kinds of pasta and 2 kinds of drinks. Service was good even at the time lots of small children attended this party. Controlled chaos. Staff is really helpfull and attentive. They also arranged a pizza class for the children.

Very bad experience this trip, actually the first time was normal. Second time was they stopped accepting dine in at 20:30 which was kinda of weird.... Today dinner was the worst, encountered a bad service staff who was dishonest and pocketed spare change without asking or informing us but when confronted, told a different story. No store manager or supervisor was around as guy in pink shirt said he wasn't in charge of the staffs. Anyway, not coming back again. I rather spend my money elsewhere that can at least provide a dining experience. 🤦‍♂

Bad service and experience.. I don't understand, we were just ordered 4 menus, the resto even not crowded at all ( only two tables including ours, the others even already finished eating) and they were unable to follow up our orders.. The first and second orders were come out smoothly, but third one were long, we were even already stop eating by then.. we have to ask them before, and after waiting longer, the food were delivered to our table. Last, the fourth order were take even longer, again we already stop eating... And after wait a little longer AGAIN, we ask them, and they lazily respond were," wait a moment" and then said "you want to take the last order to takeaway right?" . We never mention anything about some of our order were to takeaway in the first place! AND looks like the fourth order had not been made either.. and they never, NEVER apologize.. How rude and arrogant!.. I refuse to wait any longer, I don't hesitate to cancelled the fourth. Wasted my time!

A very cozy, chill and comforting environment, boosts the experience significantly, very enjoyable to chat and stay. Although it is quite pricey compared to other restaurants, if you order the right menu according to your palate, you will get a dish very worth of your money. The service is great, very responsible towards the customers' needs! The pizza in general is very enjoyable and made out of authentic ingredients that is hard to find anywhere else. The beverage are pretty okay but nothing to special, as far as I can see. The fettucini, although is very authentic, happens to be very bland and required more seasoning. However, its side dish, the cream soup with crispy side bread is godly, the sensation of complex texture and different tastes in the mouth is second to none. I'd give the overall rating of an 8.8 out of 10, and definitely would recommend everyone to check it out!

Chained Italian resto with great taste of pizza and pastas. Thin crispy dough with many favorites as well their own signature selections. They also offer pizza making classes for kids and others.

The pasta taste is great and delicious... the pizza is just okay but not as tasty as the pasta. The decoration is nice after they renovated it. Overall it is okay but not too perfect

Ordered Calabresee pizza, it is ok but nothing special. The Watermelon juice is fresh though. The ambience is ok to hang out with friends.

Good food, good mood. All of their menu items tastes nice except for the Aglio Olio. I just think its too bland and simple, even for an Aglio Olio flavor option

Best pizza in Indonesia! Got takeaway 2 times and both food was delicious and staff are professional. Just amazing taste of pizza, lasagne and duck salad - is the best! Positively surprised since we travelled a lot around the world, and it's quite rare to find so tasty pizza.

Their pizzas and pastas are very good. Price-wise a bit on the high side but if you want Italian style pizza and pasta, then this is the go to place. Try the dough ball fromaggi, its also super yummy.

Came here today which is Sunday around 11.30 rush hour lunch time. And there were only 2 servers and 2 cooks. Really?????? The manager took my ordet, and did not repeat it. Not in SOP i guessed. My drinks came out 25 minutes later. 40 minutes waiting and my food has not come out, ask a waitress to check but she didnt carr. After 70 minutes I decided to check to the service station myself, and they actually lost my ticket order checker, which explained why my food never came out. F YOU Marzano!!!

Honestly the food is pretty good, but the service kind of suck. I asked if the food I ordered will take a long time or not (well imo fast is under 10 mins; average would be 15 mins and pretty long would be 20-30 mins). The waitress said "no it wont take a long time" my expectation would be ah around 15-20 mins and its alrdy pretty long for a corporate worker like me who have limited lunch break. I waited until my break is over for my food to be served. I could even eat because they cannot predict their own meal preparation time. fyi we ordered around 12.10ish. and we come back at 12.57 (closing the bill). I'm very disappointed even though the food is ok, and even if its long u can just say it and I would order other food, the other tables alrdy full of food while my food alone isn't present to me. In the end i need to put it on take out and theyre not even willing to give me a bag, I need to hold it while its still hot to go back at work.
