Another standard A&W fast food restaurant at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK). Still, we prefer the taste of fried chicken in here then other similar fast food restaurants near by. A&W chickens are more crispy and crunchy, and not too greasy. The root beer is really good and the best. Prices here are a bit more expensive than those outside the airport. Choices are also more limited here. This place is also good for sitting together with those who took and accompanied us to the airport. What sometimes annoys us here was that after paying and then we stood for a long time at the side to get our food orders.

Struggled for very long at the counter before deciding what to eat. Wanted to eat waffles not available, they had the new promotion shrimp sambal also not available. Order something with scrambled egg they said egg not available, but then later I ordered the rice with chicken and black pepper sauce and asked to add an egg it was available. Also ordered a piece of chicken with fries and a root beer float. The restaurant is not hygienic as there were cockroaches crawling around the counter. One just crawled onto the tray while I was ordering and the staff quickly just flung the cockroach away with her hands. Thank God I didn't suffer from any problems after the meal.

Dirty floors. Dirty tables. Long lines. Slow service. They were out of A&W Root Beer at the A&W restaurant and wanted me to just drink iced tea. AC wasn't very cool.

Standard aw restaurant. Not too crowded restaurant at the airport. Off course with its favourite rootbeer floar. With smoking area for smoker :)

The staff members who worked on January 28, 2024, at 9 am have been performing admirably. They have diligently cleaned tables, displayed a serious work ethic, even though the venue wasn't bustling with customers. Kudos to the team for their excellent work!

The best rootbeer in town! The staff are veru helpful and nice, provided us with detailed information about the menu. May use gopay for payment.

Bibimbap mixbowl taste meh. Duo fries great as always.

Service was slow. Only 1 POS was working so even with 2 cashiers they have to take turns. Food was OK but because the burger was served later by the time the burger was served the fries was already cold and the root beer was no longer cold

Foods are reasonable. Like the fried juicy chicken with curly fries. The RB float is a must have to go with the greasy foods! (If you are an energy burner)

Nice airport terminal, many food and drink tenant here. You can eat or drink while waiting your plane.. so far comfortable place.. there is rest area too here..

Worst fast food restaurant. Came at 7 am, ordered a deluxe burger and it came with a dinosaur toy, like I would ever order a kid's meal for myself. Burger was meh.. very thin slice. Bacon was tough and like fried again and again. Curly fries was salty and coffee was too much sugar. Nothing was pleasant, not event the atmosphere.. Should have gone to the other restaurant nearby.

Their price is way more expensive compared to their other branches (i spent 170k idr in total for something that are usually around 80k at the mall). They have a very low hygiene, very low that even the Jakarta's street foods would look healthier, they also have a very bad taste, so bad that I got a sour fries. And a very bad service too, their floor always looks dirty, tables full of other's trashed and leftovers, people are smoking outside even tho they have a no smoking policy and signs (and law, right?) and their staffs didn't even bother all of that. Even their wash basin is dirty, you can see chicken's chunk on the filter, left by the customer before you, and try to wash your hand now, you'll find that its tap is also frustrating, it stopped as soon as you released your hand from its button, you can only wash your hand one at a time! I will not recommend this A&W, just go to the malls if you want A&W.

Not worth it if u want fried chicken or burger.. Only the float drink worth it..

Pleasant and relax, clean and warm, happy and feeling enjoy.... Original Fried Chicken is the best.

Worst A&W experience ever. I understand that restaurants in airports aren't that great in general but A&W in terminal 2 took it to anothet level. First, most of the food were not prepared so we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for any of the food we would choose, which defeats the purpose of going to a fast food restaurant. Even more unfortunate because this was during lunch time during puasa period. Plus the chicken we got was bad as well, too salty and rough.

Satisfied with what i ordered. Located at Jakarta airport terminal 1.

They did not manage to get the order right. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 black coffees. We got 2 beef burgers with extra cheese... When we tried to order the coffees again they wanted us to buy French fries 😂

Still same as before 5 years ago. Menu should be improved. Price is ok, not too expensive. Staff is good.

The place was very busy. The restaurant should've add more workers. The staffs looks overwhelmed.

A bit pricy but just nice. Airport price always higher than others..
