Basilissa Dawhenya branch always has this consistency in their tastes that I love so much. Their menu is unique where you’ll be able to get finger licking foods. I personally love their assorted noodles: it’s perfect and very affordable. Their banana and nut smoothie is also great. Their fried rice also has this perfect taste— I also go for the assorted sauce with this. You should try it too. And ohhhhh their pastries are so much on point. Always fresh. Try their chicken or fish breads. Down it with some juice and you’ll love it. Remind them to warm it for you. I also like how the place isn’t mostly crowded so you get to have a good-close-to-private-time with your friends or family. Their customer service is good too. The little ladies are sweet and polite. Let me pause here else I’ll go on and on. Haha

Decent customer service BUT the food wasn't great. Quality seems to have dropped from years ago ( I used to be a regular at the Labone venue). My shawarma was about half the size of what I remember it being. The other stuff we ordered wasn't very good either.

I and my best friend ordered shawarma and chicken yesterday and it wasn't what we expected.....it felt like the food was not made that day and it felt like the just drop everything on heat and took it of within a few minutes and brought it to us. The shawarma dough was very soft and the filling and dough was falling apart.....I decided to microwave it today and everything was soft and and ripping out. He was really pissed yesterday...it been long he saw me and wanted to spoil me with some food for just that day and the whole food experience made it a different story

Tema Com 25 branch almost never has all the options of smoothies on their menu available and I constantly have to order from a different location to Tema community 25. Kindly edit the menu to what you can actually provide so we don’t get the “please we don’t have” song.

Staff were so disrespectful on Jul 6 night at about 11pm. An order for 2 pizzas and a burger which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes took longer than that. Staff there were busy on their cell phones with no regard for me as a customer. This is so appalling

Basilissa restaurant is a one stop eat and go place situable for quick bites and family outings. Pricing is moderately ok, and staffs are super friendly. I love the time I spent here, and would definitely visit again. There is sufficient car park, although the eat-out space is not all that large. During rush hour, it's available to do take-away
