Eddy's Pizza is one of the best in the country

Practically Eddies you guys are Slacking... You’ve got to get your A game up.... There’s Change in the taste of your Pizza..... It wasn’t like before.... Management should quickly do something about it... You guys should work on your delivery.... It takes Forever Ooh Gosh🤦🏾‍♀️.. I had to drive down for it and even when I got there it wasn’t ready sef...

It's a great place to buy pizza. Their staff pay attention to clients and their concerns. I remember telling them about an issue I had concerning take-outs and at my next visit, they managed to address the issue perfectly; I was even surprised about that quick upgrade. I also love their double-Pizza policy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays... It makes me feel cool and blessed for being a Tuesday-born. 😎

Good pizza taste and friendly customer service

I decided to take the family there for my daughter's birthday. We walked in to a very cold reception. We ordered our pizza and drinks and were told they only had fanta. No coke, no sprite, not even water. Fanta only. We decided to cancel our order and leave and the staff couldn't be bothered. They almost seemed happy to see us leave so they could go back to their conversation as the place was empty except for us. A real shame.

The cashier on duty Abigail and the waiter were very polite and helpful, Abigail assisted me to place a new order and the waiter made me understand that I would be delayed a bit, but honestly it was worth it. (Meat lovers with extra cheese )🧀😋🤪😜😍.

I just bought pizza at the tema branch. First the lady who received the call was rude when I asked if the promo was running. I made an order for one meat lovers, one eddies special only for the dispatch to bring all meat lovers. The meat lovers too full of cheese. You just spoilt my small birthday with family.

Terrible terrible service with long delays. Place is not what it used to be. Workers do not care about or prioritise customers. Waitress was busy braiding the cashier's hair and had me wait until she was done before helping me. Today the cook was busy dancing and it took an extra hour for pizzas!

The waiting time is extra boring because there's no TV or music playing at the place. You need to be quite patient because an order takes about half an hour

This is a very nice place to hung out with friends, family and loved ones. The atmosphere is serene and not always too crowded. The pizza served is hot and can burn your tongue 😝 and I love it. The attendant was good to me and I love her accent. That's good enough. Also, it happens to be located right at the junction of my church, making it easy for me walk in for a large size pizza 🍕 after 9n Sundays. But... they don't have coke 🤷‍♀️. Like how is that? Pizza without coke? In all it's a good place to be. Give it a try and thank me later. Chao

A refurb is calling. It could be a bit classier and investing in improving the pizza base recipe would help rack on revenue considering that it's one of the few pizza places in Tema..

Hmm Eddy.. If you're on the quest for a good, budget friendly, close-to-traditional pizza, Eddy is your guy. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have a buy one get one free promotion. Which is ideal for a big friend's group or family. Or anyone looking to save. My experience at Eddy's pizza in Tema was okay., it felt pretty standard to the Ghanaian standard set for hospitality. Seemed as though I understood the promotion better than some of the staff members. I came there with the intention of saving and trying out the pizza. Most items on the menu were not available, I'm not sure if it's because the tema branch in community 8 is new or...? Whatever the reason.. I ended up taking the recommended meat supreme and a classic bbq chicken. The meat supreme was not as amazing as it was hyped to be, though slightly burned at the bottom with not as much meat to truly call itself "meat supreme", it was okay. The BBQ Chicken was the winner, it didn't taste super bbq-ey haha.. It was stellar though! I look forward to trying the rest of their menu when they all me 😂.. Otherwise Eddy is doing alright. General experience : The inside, sit down experience appeared to be nice too. Drinks are only sold upon sit down dining. The building adheres to covid protocols and there's enough space inside to be seated and feel safe. Staff allow you to check your pizza before you leave, making sure you are satisfied with your order, which is nice.

Good services, the only issue i have is that it takes long for the pizza to get ready and mostly they have change issues other than than they offer excellent services

Eddie's pizza it's one of the best pizza made in in Ghana when you're eating it feels matured and confident I have bought so many types of from different places but anytime I buy Eddie's pizza I really really and his wealth of my money buying it your pizza is more affordable so I give them five star for their pizza is very come on go and try and see you thank me later

You have very poor customer service , I ordered for my pizza around 3pm And 5:22pm now ,i have sent a message to ur number yet no reply I sent someone there to pick it up for too , no one has attended to him I keep getting feedback of number busy

Nice pizza,bad customer care I call no one picks the call l go myself the lady’s looking so bored tell me they open at 2pm though the place is open So y didn’t u just pick my cal en tel me that instead of cutting me off when i call.

Eddies is terrible, honestly if you want good pizza go somewhere just not eddies . If you know good pizza you will know eddies its not it. It was honestly very appalling and thier delivery service really slow and unnecessarily high.
