The front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean but not very appealing. Bathroom definitely needs a complete make over. I did not feel comfortable stepping into the bathtub.

Am being very honest here....the overall service was pathetic...hotel dining manned by one waiter!! orders take 2hrs!! no room service, avoid rooms in the second floor....i think they have a kids play ground on the third floor as it was just too noisy!! no soap in the bathroom, no clean towels unless you request!! no hot water available in the bathroom....nothing in the mini bar!! the list is endless

Note: I only visited the restaurant. Restaurant was hot when entering, but air-conditionings was turned on once we requested for it. Kwality of serving can be much improved. Workers have informal conversations which the guests could easily hear. The food /price combination is ok.

The place is well kept and suitable for any type of program or meeting. Workers and managers are courteous, respectful and very professional.

Good environment. Didn't find hangers in wardrobe...was not satisfied with janitorial service. May be was from management. One no towels for 2days... no tea leaves... no dry cells for AC remote. Some receptionists were 👍

The food was fine. The bed was rock solid and the blanket was barley a blanket. The front desk was being very difficult and the bathroom had less stuff than I imagined. I spent one night and they told me to if I check out I’ll be charge two nights.

Delicious food. Conference room is big enough to accomodate a wedding party. Not enough room to park cars but that does not limit their very helpful security personnel. Highly Recommended

Palma hotel is a nice destination for conferences because of proximity to the busy streets of spintex. Not an ideal place for relaxation.

Hi all, Please pictures palma hotel display on their sites look totally different from what you will see when you enter there rooms. Upon arrival, I was taken to a room which was smelling so bad and the toilet horrible. I was taken to another room which still smell so bad like nobody cleans the rooms. I had no option but have to manage. I called for cleaning suppliers to clean the bath and toilet at least to reduce the bad odor. I was given a hand soap to do so. I ask if they have other cleaning suppliers since hand soap is use for washing hands. I was told that was all they have available. That night, I couldn't sleep because the mattress was broken into two so, you sink when you get to the middle of the bed . I have to sleep at the edge of the bed. I decided to leave since the place was bad. I was forced to pay the day I was not going to sleep there. I was like why do I have to pay for a service I never enjoyed. With their noise I paid them. With this horrible experience and poor service, I will never recommend this kind of Hotel to anyone to sleep. Please find yourself a different hotel for your safety if not, you will regret for the rest of your life.😡 At least this will help someone from being a victim. Thank you and stay blessed
