This place is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. It’s affordable too & their customer service is top notch. Also if you need a quiet place from the noise of Accra this is the perfect place to be. I couldn’t take pictures of my room but believe me it’s beautiful 😍

Room was very clean and nice, good bed, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom were wonderful. Toilets you can't flush toilet paper, it is not convenient to use garbage pin. The personnel were not too friendly, they were most of time just after money and payments. No where was information what to do as a tourist, more or less all information was just about what to not do in the room :D restrictions and rules, but not anything nice about services and activities available. Restaurant is not open all the time, needs reservation in advance, menu is more local style food. It is a nice place to just sleep and relax, take some water and food with you though.

Water heater needs an additional bucket to use it because it's not functioning it's right purpose. Food was either tasteless or salty chicken. Serenity was good.

Location was nice rooms were very clean the stuff so friendly but I felt like you would have to pay more to get treated well from this stuff if you want room service you have to pay for it and stuff to be nice towards you, If want things on time you would have to pay for it I feel like if you can pay bigger amount for services to the stuffs that are not included in your bookings then you’ll feel like oh welcome and comfortable, didn’t get breakfast after 2hr 20mins of requesting even though I was willing to pay for room service, was forced to checkout coz I was hungry. Overall it a nice experience but be willing to pay extra for your needs to be meet .

The rooms are nice,neat and affordable. The workers are friendly. Their food is cool and affordable as well. When we talk about affordability + nice facility, i will recommend la Tua along with it’s serene environment! You can tour any of the resorts in prampram but you place of sleep should be La Tua. It’s value for money.

Travelled in a group and totally loved it. Nice getaway from the city. Manager does well to make things happen. Staff were excellent and catered to our needs to an extent you don't often experience in many hotels in their category. Nice and neat. Great for their price.

Manager is always at hand to make your stay comfortable. They're ever prepared to arrange service outside for you on request. Very nice hotel in prampram, well equipped with amenities. The about 500 meters of road to the place has to be check by the owners. A little dark at night.

I will say if you want expectional services it's not a place I'll recommend. We were usshered into a room that has lizzard poop n the room had a stale odour (the beginning of our woes). We had to request for the room to be swept.  They took our breakfast order ,I went with their English breakfast and my husband told them NO sausage and no meat sandwich but yes to the other stuff. Only for him to be served exactly what he didn't want. He complained and the manager said "I'll just take that out of the plate" and he said I am a vegetarian you don't treat vegetarian food like that,  his reason being, they had all the food wrapped in a plate. He said he wouldn't accept that and the manger took the food away with an attitude with no apology. The customer services persons were unfriendly throughout the stay. The room was never cleaned the entire stay. The water heater never worked and the water in the washroom wasn't flowing properly,we complained and it wasn't attended to. Fortunately we cut our stay short and never going back.

I had a pretty solid experience at La Tua. Lunch and dinner first off, was really good and my group of 15 was spoiled for choice. We ordered their buffet service. Breakfast on the other hand, which was part of the lodging package was meagre. The kitchen did the bare minimum on this one. Generally, staff were willing and open to serve which you would assume is to be expected from people in the customer service industry but I've had some really sour experiences with hotel staff, retail staff, etc. So I acknowledged good service when I get it. The rooms were neatly kept and the bathroom well maintained. The water heater worked and the toilet flushed well and at least in my washroom there were no rust stains. I appreciated that. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable and the main pool was clean. 8/10 would recommend.

It's OK, clean room ok service and food. Just note the beach is within walking distance the beach isn't maintained at all. I like they ask for your breakfast order the day before. The breakfast is included just wasn't hot. Hot water worked, AC worked, WiFi was great. I would return, nice way to get out of the city. You can see the Tema skyline from the rooftop

I did enjoy my time here. The place is serene Ave quiet when it needs to be and lively when it needs to be.. Their room service is great and always clean

I went there today and bought banku and tilapia for 70cedis only to find out the fish was grilled 3 days ago , I complained to the receptionist called Jeff or Joe , he was ok but chef ( fair lady ) trying to justified it turn me off . The chef need a proper training in handling client. Thank you

Rooms are very spacious with Queen sized comfortable beds. Washrooms have all of the modern gadgets you'll need. Quite spacious conference hall. Food is just average.
