This hotel is one of the best in Tema.Great Customer Service and Team

Stayed at the hotel to join a ship. Was here for 3 days and 2 nights. Had a really good time. The staff over here are really polite, kind and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay mainly because of the good staff. Food served is also nice and fresh.

Wow!!! Extremely beautiful hotel. Modern rooms with virtually everything you need. Services are very satisfying. Clean swimming pool, large clean parking and security is excellent.

Customer service @ reception was precise and friendly. They got a nice swimming pool and space for events, spacious car parks and rooms are tidy.

Nothing deluxe about deluxe room . View facing window was absurd. Thought I was going to get a room facing the pool. They charged 250 cedis for a broken bowl not vase which was not even worth 20 cedis and we saw the flower in the room the night we returned but upon getting our security deposit back when we asked for the flower ,they told us it’s been thrown away. mind you we got our deposit back almost 3 months later because each time we went there it was either the manager was not around or a different story . Never again

Great place for events and relaxing. The place is easy to find. They have very nice and helpful staff who will make yoru stay very enjoyable. Go try out the hotel - you won't regret it

It's in a god forsaken place near to the port of Tema. It's a decent hotel. But I did have uninvited guests of mosquitoes and spiders. It's useful for seafarers who are to get on and get off ships.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Crismon Hotel in Tema. The staff are extremely welcoming, professional and attentive to our every need. The hotel is absolutely fantastic and the rooms are super clean and well-maintained. We received a complimentary upgrade and we were shocked at the deluxe suite overlooking the pool, so stunning and well arranged. To add to our wonderful stay, we enjoyed some of the best meals ever from the Nocknita restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. We will definitely plan to come back and stay here when we return to Ghana.

Good location, not isolated it's at community five, and the clean environment with a good road with a big car park .It's indeed a place for relaxation.

I went for a conference over there and trust me, the place so cool to be and have fun. Their restaurant, pool...I mean everything is superb.

Stayed here for 17 nights at the poolside room. Very friendly staff, luxurious room and quiet environment(perfect for a good nights’ rest after a hard days’ work) It was a home away from home!

Very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean. Internet was a bit of a disappointment. Food was average. Otherwise decent place to stay at.
