It's a nice hotel in Tema. They are undergoing some renovations in the pool area. The rooms are decent, it will be much nicer once renovations are done.

Went on a holiday. The hotel is one of the best so far in tema, none to compare. The rooms were bigger than I expected fully air conditioned with a king size bed and very comfortable. Services on point the food, the gym and not to forget about the spa the massage was excellent. My check up time was up and I didn't feel like going. They have great services, I loved it and really enjoyed myself during the holidays.

Their lounge is a cozy place to hang out. They have buffet services. There is a working gym also. Their metal weights and machines are by far one of the best you can get in the community though they lack some leg machines you would like to break a sweat on their gym. They provide water in a dispenser for gym guest and nice music to keep you going.

Kumar, the Manager is a small small man. The worst manager I have come across. Disrespectful and unfriendly. It seems his position has gotten to his head. His behaviour needs to be investigated by the upper management of this hotel.

I've been in this hotel 5 years ago and that was the reason why I booked it again. BUT the quality got not worth the money. The pool doesn't exist anymore as it is under renovation since some years. The rooms are ok, could just get some renovation. The positive thing is, the stuff is really friendly. Unfortunately when you try to order some drinks or food from the menu, most of it is not available. For my next visit to Ghana, I will definitely look for a different place to stay in.

I went to Royal Nick Hotel to eat dinner with my family and the service was very disappointing. I arrived at 7:15pm and saw only 3 people sitting at a corner eating. It started at 6:00pm. The attendant said they have buffet so I helped myself with salad and a bread roll. There was no butter and it took the attendant about 15 minutes to bring. Members in my group asked for fish and they brought out 2 pieces from the kitchen. They didn’t bring anymore food and we got up and left eating barely nothing and yet paid. I bought water and it took this guy about 10 minutes to bring glasses. The food line up was like roadside food joint. Poorly organized and doesn’t befit the hotel. I will not recommend this location to anyone traveling to Ghana because you’ll regret it.

Was there for a meeting but did not see the nature of their rooms and services thereof. They are in strategic and easy to find location not far community 5 traffic light.

The hotel is clean but lacks in service. There was no shampoo on the first day of my stay, it was brought on the second day. Slippers were not available in two days. Unused elevators are available.

Royal Nick Hotel is the best hotel in Tema. I had a great experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Their service is just on the top notch. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Booking their conference spaces for parties and/or events, whatever is may be, the process is very clear and the reception very serene. Whether you're ordering from their mouthwatering menu or bringing in your own catering, their staff are very friendly. Would have given 5 star but I'm yet to enjoy their rooms personally πŸ˜‰

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed, WiFi is very slow, staff don't answer the phone, house keeping doesn't care about water, coffee or tea in room. If you need water you have to call for 5,6 times to restaurant, reception and bar. Not recommended for anyone

I didn't get much experience from my short visit to Tema near Royal Nick Hotel, but one thing for certain, the place is well set up with security guard well uniformed. I asked them few question and they were very helpful. The workers are courteous and the serenity of the place is depicts the level of luxury and comfort of the beautiful edifice, which is well centered between community 5 and 6 to cater for visitors to the harbor city.

The value for money is like 50% higher then in Europe. I don't see why, because the workers probably earn 90% less. The wifi is unstable, food choice is poor, staff is rather unfriendly and let you wait needless. One piece of soap for several days. 3 stars is all I can give. Nothing Royal about this hotel.

A welcoming home away from home within the Tema cityscape. Good food and welcoming staff. Rates are manageable per your specification.

Wow they charge $150 per night but no coffee for 2 weeks and now no butter. Really poor quality for the standard they are pretending to be πŸ‘Ž

Nice ambiance, just that service at the restaurant was not the best. Sea food bow on point

The hotel looks beautiful on the outside but inside is another story. Our room was a big disappointment... the bathroom.... the seal around the bath was mouldy and falling off. The shower door wouldn't stay closed so the room filled with water. The toilet roll holder was broken and in the cupboard. There was something disgusting on the bathroom tiles by the toilet obviously not been cleaned. The bedroom.... one light the bulb had gone. The bed springs pinged everytime you sat on it. The headboard was dirty. The bed sheets were very poor quality they had bobbles all over which felt awful. The general cleaning was very poor especially with covid around I think the staff need retraining. There is no excuse for a place not to be kept clean. The hotel rooms need a refurbishment desperately. The price of the rooms do not match the quality you receive. The breakfast was ok with a buffet choice. The pool is being refurbished which was a disappointment as the website didn't state that. I'm sure if the hotel has a complete refurbishment it can charge the prices it wants.

I stayed there in 2016, and it was amazing. The staff was very nice, made sure my room had all it needed, and the owner even spoke with me multiple time to make sure my stay was more than accommodating. The room, food and entertainment was amazing and I want to stay again. When I addressed a problem with the gym treadmill he fixed it the same day. This man deserves only the most amazing reviews foreal!!!

My family and I visited the restaurant yesterday for lunch. The food is super tasty. Their fried rice and seafood sauce was the best I ever had. I'm thinking of going back for more

😠 I was extremely disappointed with my stay considering it was my first time in Ghana. Thank God the street food and chop bars around prepared better quality food than this hotel. I disliked having to "turn my keys in" every time I leave the hotel even if it's just a short while. The hotel provides an...
