I love it when a place is clean and welcoming. It gave me the vibe of going back home to my father's compound and all the family housing units spread about us. That was kind of cute. The room was cool, generally speaking. But it seemed designed for people who had come to chill, no table. I also see the staff were responsive, Kool people.

Tap was not flowing and lights blinking on and off poor staff attitude. Book at your own risk .Nice location nice surroundings. Extremely poor service

Very nice hotel and not far from Junction Mall. They have a big bar that's opened 24/7. A restaurant with good food. A nice sizeable swimming pool. My only complain is that I stayed in an executive room. And the room doesn't have plug outlets for my phone or tablet/laptop. The only wall plug outlet is used for the TV and refrigerator. And that's it. The only other plug is in the bathroom. So I had no choice than to charge my phone and tablet in the bathroom. And that's dangerous. Hope management will take a look at this. The entire room has only ONE wall plug outlet.

Was very nice when I came on Tuesday but today Saturday its not cool at all I don't like the room moreover the Ac isn't blowing so well guess they are to ask guest if clients are cool with their rooms given....calling reception and since she thought I was calling because of Ac she decided not to answer lol hmm customer service 🤔 hmmm ...thumb up for Grace in the bar tho 👌 she knows what's customer service.Guess I contacting friends to come have fun here and its cool but not again....kinda disappointed.

The location was OK, the main drawback in my room was the position of the WC which was not too comfortable for the leg room. They had good pools and rabbits and a catfish pond.

The location has a great view with two pools. They prices are also very cool. And they have online bookings

Used to be an amazing hotel, it's quiet unfortunate that things are declining after they've invested so much into putting up new buildings and a new swimming pool. The manager who transformed this hotel Kofi Blanksom did a great job, they lost a good one. Now you have all sort of unpleasant things happening here with Indian herbs being smoked all over.i feel pity for the owner

It's a nice hotel, nice pools, 3 pools to be exact. Beds not so comfortable(very hard) in a standard room, don't know about the rest. Hard to get a cab/taxi/uber at night time. close to the beach but still requires a cab. There's no accessibility for handicap people, no elevator or escalators, gym is on the second floor hard to get to. The employee's are super awesome, laundry is good and done in a timely manner. Running water all the time. Needs some improvement, the bar needs more selection and continuous ice. Their breakfast menu needs more selection and most importantly....the roads need fixing but the hotel is not to blame. In all I enjoyed my stay, the girls working here made me feel safe and cared for.

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind, it's cozy, the staffs are respectful and helpful. They have nice local dishes.

Nice hotel but the hotel pool maintenance was just so bad with dead bugs in the pool and the tiles were all so slippery and dirty. The pool needs attention

They do have some old cars around in which some of them have been used for decoration ,they also have a swimming pool available plus some side attraction - something like a mini-zoo with monkeys and others . do not forget about the fish tank they have when you get there .

It is in a reasonable location and the exterior of the hotel is nice. They have a few pools, a mini zoo, restaurant, lounge etc. The staff are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was a musty smell in my bedroom, there was also no TV remote. The restaurant service was nice and so was the breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and has nice air conditioning and a great rooftop bar and entertainment section. The night management staff is amazing! They worked so hard to ensure our comfort. The kitchen is sure to provide you with hot tasty food and everyone is so pleasant! The only thing I couldn’t get to work is the hot water in the shower but after one night, it didn’t matter. It was well worth the price! We will be back.

Staff was young and very friendly. I really like what they're doing with the grounds and adding fountains and pools they have fish rabbits and are building a whole vibe. One front desk girl stole $4 by just refusing to give me my change when I paid for my room. The room itself was fairly clean and had a.c. and hot water buy the sheet under the bed was dirty.

It's a very nice place to spend time away from home. But they need some maintenance in the washroom though, and an elevator to assist going to the high floors

All they have to show is structure the management and services are terrible while I was there the lights went out atleast twice with no explanation plus it took a while before it came back on which means they don't have a backup. I was at the bar at the rooftop and noticed they don't have enough glass (they are definitely not prepared for a large crowd) also because my friend didn't get a glass so we asked the bartender to get her one now in that moment we saw him pick a used glass and wipe clean with tissue which means they don't have a kitchen sink at the bar. When my friend asked that the glass be washed instead of wiped the bartender told her he would have to use the washing hand bowl at the toilet (that was a terrible 😑move) This is unacceptable. The steep stairs at the rooftop is a hazard I fear some day someone will trip and fall.

Great place to stay, with so many features. You do not have to leave the premises to have a good time, including the rooftop lounge.

Two and a half stars actually - could have been better, but in order to stay civil; like the US Army "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"!!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. Rooms are extremely clean housekeeping everyday towels changed hot water running smoothly They do everything possible WiFi to be available at all times Staff very friendly and helpful they go to the end to assist Jesica at reception is doing a great job She always does her best to help Breakfast can include more variety but was nice We felt at home and very welcome We chosen this hotel because of location and great price Will gladly choose it again

This is an incredible hotel in Accra, Ghana. Excellent value for money and a home away from home. I have few days left to spend but I felt like staying the more. The only means to validate my many words is to just give a night try and see for yourself how professional, neat, careful, respectful and quintessential they are. Plus 33 is better by far! Number 1 for me.
