It was so great out there

The hotel is nice and clean, aircon on the rooms works very well and not noisy. The wi-fi is very good. 1there is also a small gym that you can use to get active. Bolt taxis arrive in less than 3 minutes. Accra Mall is about 8km away but due to road construction, it seems to be far.

This place also has a good environment well conducive for all tourists.

showers is a mess and dangerous, toilet works, 3rd floor walkup is painful, lobby and center atrium are a sweatbath, kitchen and restaurant staff is very responsive, rest is dirty. desk is inept. will not stay again.

It's okay, I didn't sleep here, had a conference here. But from what I saw some places were leaking and some of my colleagues who slept there were complaining of leakages in their rooms but aside from that the place is cool

It is nice hotel, just that the customer service at midnight is bad.

Such a nice place and location. Their Laundry could be improved, I called several times and no one responded.

Wonderful location for a hotel. Rooms and service needs total overhaul!! Management should pay attention to this!

Their parking space is small. You need to be called at any point in time when someone parked behind you needs to move out.

Location is good but the rooms are small with stained bedsheets and pillow cases. No rags in the bathrooms but the food is good

One of the best hotels in accra. Clean, Neat, Friendly workers, like everything there is top notch.

Clean, tidy room with a great view and excellent services. The only problem was that I called the restaurant several times but no one picked up.

The most terrible hotel I have ever seen….the room was cleaned. It had cockroaches and it was dusty. The Ac was off too. I literally left. What a waste of money.

Not so a big place but has got great services. Has good staffs to attend to you promptly...

Good rooms, good food

a basic facility good for tourists in market where good and affordable are at variance

Got free WiFi during my stay. The food was alright in the restaurant-not bad, but not the best I’ve had either. The staff were polite. The mini fridge in my room wasn’t functioning, though. And on day 2 of my stay, power in my wing went out and the staff didn’t notice till I went downstairs to tell them. They got it fixed in about half an hour, though
