Room
302
was
the
room
I
was
given.
I
lodged
5
nights.
It
took
3
days
to
get
the
wifi
up
in
the
hotel
and
when
it
came,
I
could
barely
get
a
wifi
signal
inside
my
room.
I
had
complained
to
the
receptionist
who
gave
me
a
doubting
look
and
didn't
care
to
confirm
or
rectify
my
plight.
It
was
in
Kesdem
Hotel
that
I
saw
for
the
first
time,
a
green
coloured
swimming
pool;
poorly
maintained
and
usuable.
The
water
heater
in
room
302
wasn't
working.
On
the
1st
day,
I
was
told
my
breakfast
which
I
had
booked
the
previous
day
and
had
echoed
to
the
male
staff
upon
arrival
that
morning,
was
mistakenly
given
to
someone
else,
and
because
I
hadn't
enough
time
I
was
compelled
to
eat
what
he
had
served
me.
Suffice
me
to
say
that
I
only
ate
breakfast
here
so
for
the
next
days
I
had
avoided
eating
at
the
restaurant
there.
But
on
the
4th
day,
I
had
been
to
the
restaurant
for
breakfast
at
6:20am
having
given
my
meal
order
a
previous
day
as
requested
by
the
receptionist,
I
was
hoping
to
have
a
better
service,
but
instead
I
got
the
worse
insult
of
my
life.
Inspite
been
the
4th
to
arrive
at
the
restaurant
that
morming,
I
was
the
last
to
be
served,
10
persons
who
had
come
later
were
served
first.
I
was
totally
ignored,
and
deliberately
delayed
by
this
same
male
staff
because
I
had
complain
to
him
that
my
meal
of
oats
and
bread
was
late.
It
was
painful
that
inspite
all
these,
for
some
complicated
reasons
I
had
no
other
option
and
was
compelled
to
stay
for
5
nights.
So
like
one
honest
reviewer
had
said,
except
you
are
homeless
and
this
is
the
only
choice
you
have,
then
do
not
waste
your
time
and
money
at
Kesdem
Hotel.
