Awesome hotel. Cool prices. Good atmosphere and active facilities. They have 24 hour lighting and water supply. Good and refreshing meals always available. Honestly I think Alisa is just given a hyped name. Some of the staff at the labone branch are so loud, don't know privacy or how to talk undertone. The receptionist who attend to us Sunday, 27th February 2022 is the worst, I didnt get her name but the way she shouted through talking to us was very bad even her demeanor felt like she had a problem with us. In the morning behind our window staff chatting with loud voices and one guy was singing and rapping.There was nothing wrong with the rooms and surroundings just the staff. Funny enough the receptionist who took over in the morning was very receptive and nice.

This little place is awesome! Everybody is friendly. The vibe at the pool is great. The room is immaculate. Definitely will stay here again. The price is way right!

The hotel is quiet and peaceful.The standard room is really small. I mean very small. It has a cozy feeling though. Breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of options to choose since it’s a buffet. The breakfast quite expensive.

Excellent stay, 100m from nice shops for food,drinks or treats. Swimming pool was nice too. Highly recommend Hotel Alisa Labone!

Nice place to be on holiday 🎄

Staff was nice and polite. Bathroom was trash ( in every sense). AC wasn't functioning properly so they changed my room to an executive room for one day. They kept on serving things for one person and we were 2 people in the room. Location was nice. View was perfect.

If you had the chance to sit at the waiting area in-front of the front desk, you will be amazed at how quick and smart the team responds to the needs of guests. The hotel is great and i had a wonderful experience when i visited. The facilities they had was on top of their game and i will recommend it to the general public. A quick info though: People do get confused about the names on the different wings of buildings. Its a big hotel with a story. It has 4 reception areas with different names i learnt so try not to get lost.

The staff are friendly, but their standard room bed sizes are small. Swimming pool is small In general it is a small facility.

The pool is fun, but there is very little space and water splashes all the way to the chairs set up on the patio.

Nice and one of the good hotels in Accra. Very receptive staff expecially Gifty at the front desk. The rooms are neat and has all the amenities you will need. If you love swimming, there is a small cute pool for you. There are many easy places to eat or shop close by. Free airport shuttle is available if you are an international traveler

A nice place. There is a restaurant, conference center and hotel. The place is neat and kept very tidy. Workers are active and prompt to all your needs. The swimming pool is large and always has fresh water. In all it would be an excellent place to hangout with family, friends and work colleagues.
