The place is cool and they are very hard working I say 👍

This is a place with huge potential, sadly untapped. The facility itself is great. Decent rooms, decent facilities but never quite gives the experience it promises. It is grossly understaffed as you keep seeing the same 4 staff throughout and at every corner. Customer service isn't great and security is terrible as a car got broken into during my stay. Someday this place will be a great retreat destination, but it has a long road before that.

A very relaxing and serene environment. The rooms are well kept and very neat. Customer service is excellent! Highly recommended! The location is very easy to find. Food is good.

It was nice pub,Just that I was later robbed at home. 15th to16th night around 2am to 4am and patrol team is poor

Customer service is the biggest talking point from my stay at this facility. Staff were ill mannered and generally unhelpful, save one lady. One of the 4 staff that man the facility confessed to me that they are severely understaffed, even before I noticed myself. Each floor has a dedicated WiFi connection, but neither the owner nor staff made any attempts to disseminate the passwords. Frustrated, I asked the fellow at the reception and he asked me to ask the owner, as even members of staff do not know the passwords. The conference hall is relatively small and can barely sit 60 people and don't expect discounted prices on food because of the institution's Christian retreat center character. Prices are as high and if not higher than those at conventional hotels. The place holds quite a lot of promise, but that's where the good news ends.

A very beautiful and decent place to relax and wait upon the Lord. God spoke to me personally at SwissGha Christian Retreat Home. If you want to hear the voice of God, relax at SwissGha , where God speaks. God speaks to us everywhere though but you will hear the voice of God clearly here.
