Great hospitality in general but had some of their water heaters not functioning well. Always ask the receptionist of the state of the heaters before room allocation is done. Also the rooms are generally neat with the aircontioners working well

Serene and welcoming

Someone was spying on me and told the front desk host to let them know if anyone comes to my room. And the front desk guy agreed and gave that person the information. This is unprofessional and can affect the safety of your guests! Luckily for me it was a family member who had made the request. Does not excuse the behavior! Especially since the person inquiring was not a registered guest at the hotel

The place is quaint and the management is personable . . . they try. The hotel is clean however the rooms need work, and the business needs to step into the 21st century and start accepting credit cards. Other than that you are restricted to this road side hotel because there is nothing in the immediate area.

Lack of poor management.. Their rooms are not well cleaned.. When it comes to toiletories All they can do is to lay the bed and leave the room and the washroom dirty. I will never ever recommend Next flight to any visitor. Very disgusting
