Lack of management and also very expensive. If you want a good place to stay in Accra, please avoid this place. There are other better places in Cantonment to stay which is less expensive.

It’s located in a very serene, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I think it’s overpriced, in all honesty!

Attractive rooms made to world class standards. The top floor also has a beautiful pool and gym that residents can use.

Very good residential apartments in a very quiet area of Accra.

If you want swim parties all night long with loud music. Terrible house keeping in the building. Lack of management. Rent on this building. If you want a quiet place to stay with your family a nice and healthy swiming pool to enjoy, please choose another place to rent. This is not a family building friend.

Building management company should allocate more funds for upkeep of this slightly more then 2 yr old building. Else the excellent and hardworking property manager cannot do much with her bunch of excellent workers. Quiet ambience with good neighbours except for one very racist and proud Muslim lady.
