Good customer service. However, the rooms look really old. We had to leave within about 30 minutes of check-in because the room was filled with mosquitos. The clerk did come in and spray. But, the spray only made us choke. The mosquitos kept flying😩

A great place to be. Location is also great close to major places in town. Their rooms rates are also moderate. It has a disability access but there is no elevator. But all in all, it’s good and nice place to stay. You should try them out.

Google need to stop this kind of poking noise into people's personal affairs. I did not go to PHIL DEL HOTEL, I was around that area and here is Google asking me for my experience at that hotel as if I went to that hotel. What will my wife say if she sees this? How can I possibly explain myself for her to believe me? Google this nonsense must stop.

My experience there wasnt cool. Lots of deficiencies. I'd love to see it as a motel. That way there wont be much ti say about their inadequacies.
