You have to get there after at 12noon to get you food on time, cos that's when they open. Other than that the food is pretty decent.

Ok place but you need time and I mean a lot of time and just wait. No good reasons since it wasn't many customers but wait and wait for your food.

The food is great; both in quantity & quality, the service is also good, however, my only complaint is their prices. Compared to other fast food restaurants, the prices here are a bit on the high side, even though the taste kinda makes up for the hole in the pocket.

Horrible terrible delivery service with clueless riders who ALWAYS deliver a stone cold pizza, no exception. Several complaints about this, but no improvement over the years. They don't seem to give a hoot about getting their food to their customers hot.

So I had a meeting with my friend at this restaurant upon my recommendation . I requested for a beer for my friend. The beer came out FLAT. They insisted we pay or they deduct ot from the waitress salary. We requested to speak to the manager of the place and we were declined outright As a brand I have patronised since 2007 any time I am in town, this is the WORST experience

We went there in and a group of 5, the food kept long in coming, and though we ordered togetherness, the food didn't come together, such that some people finished eating while some people food haven't come. The abunuabunu and groundnut soup quality was bad.

Very disappointed… I took 6 hungry kids for pizza, we ordered a family size pizza with everything on it… apparently that means two slices of beef, another has strip of bell pepper one has an onion, two have a tomato slice and a couple with seafood. One would think the ingredients would be sprinkled all over so everyone enjoys the special combination of tastes. As for the shawarma, it was terrible… who puts ketchup and no salad on a shawarma? I’ve eaten 4 different restaurants (not Basalissa) outside of here in Accra and all were consistently similar but this farce. I suspect this location is poorly trained but that’s no excuse. Food was expensive, poorly prepared, and crust was almost non existent in the center of pizza. I rarely give poor reviews but they deserve this one.
