The place is very nice. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. However, they didn’t have many options in the buffet. There was hardly any variety. It was either this or that. I went to check the pool out and it was empty. If there were maintenance works going on, guests should have been notified. Aside that everything else was okay.

City escape to start with is at a good location although it's quite far in pram pram yet it's a very good cosy hotel. Its serene and very inviting atmosphere,far away from noise and different interference of the city. It's an ideal spot for relaxation and events. It's a good car park and it's secured too. It's not a cash only place.

A magnificent place for retreats conferences and real pleasure. The state of the art facilities are still in good working order. There's good food and drinks. A strong WiFi internet connection all over is a plus for the corporate client. I will always come back

Its a nice place to be, for business, conference and relaxation

It's a fun place to have a kid's party only thing is the music is not "child friendly". For a kids party, the music must be at lest wholesome for kids to consume. No wants their kids going home using abusive words because the DJ played that kind of music all day at a party.

Beautiful place. Well recreational facilities for kids and adults. They have two separate pools each for kids and adults. Yet, I got unfair treatment at the reception, where we were overcharged for entering the place. Latter the manager came around and offer discount on some of their services for us which we actually didn't need though. Aside that, the place is very convenient to take kids around. I love the place.

Serene environmental and beautiful standard rooms. Good for family holiday because they have a comprehensive playing grounds for kids, a play space which is absent in most holiday resorts. The food is great with a wide variety of Ghanaian dishes

There is both good and bad in this hotel. Service is good without being outstanding. There are all sort of amenities you could expect in a hotel and even more. Indeed, they have a miniature amusement park that I am sure kids will love. However, The room I was in was small, and the blue of the walls inside was disturbing. The room cleaning could also be improved. Overall, it could be a good place to stay if you will use the amusement park but for normal stay, you can find better in that price range.

Improving customer service and customer focused staff

The hotel has a calmIng atmosphere with a spacious car park. Security is great with each room having electronic key cards. But the rooms are ordinary with faulty shower (at least the one in my room was). The air condition was old and couldn't switch on using the remote provided. I must say I did not enjoy the room at all. On the other hand, their food and snacks look good and taste great. The conference rooms look nice and comfortable but lacks adequate wall plugs. We had to resort to the use of extension cables to extend electricity to participants to charge their laptops.
