The smoothie and salads are so fresh and delicious. They have courteous staff, the meal was made quickly.

Love their frozen hot chocolate, you can get more options here than other shops and the service is so fast! The staff here are also welcoming and they have their own special greeting once you enter and exit. They make the service encounter fun.....may be pricey though so ensure you look at the menu before buying.

The warmest of all the Vida e caffe locations I've been to in Accra (and trust me, I've been to all. lol). The Spanish welcome the staff give and "Ciao" they send you off with creates an instant feeling of belonging. I visit the place for most of my "out-of-the-office" meetings and it served me very well. The coffee is with standard and the sandwiches and wraps are just amazing. Outdoor sitting also helped a lot when the weather felt too cold on some days.

Is a very nice and cozy place. Very ideal for business meetings and relaxation. Not for business meetings NOT for family hung outs. I wish and suggest that the management setup more sockets for the use of patrons. Their prices could and SHOULD be looked at again. It is too much on the high side. Fantastic staff. Lovely space to work as you enjoy a wide variety of eating options. The customer service needs a lot of improvement as staff are not proactive. I sat for 2 hours working with anyone asking if I wanted to order something. The doors need to be labelled as to which way it opens; it was uncomfortable to see people with their hands full, struggling with the door.

The beef panini sandwich was great, however the order and pick up experience was terrible. It shouldn't take 30 mins to make quick easy sandwich. Aside from the long waiting time, you have to figure out when your food items are completed. They do not call an order number or your name. Please change your ordering experience and utilize the other window for pick up.

This is the 2nd time (and last time) I have had old slimy bacon stored in a fridge in my sandwich from Vida. Extremely hard to understand why Vida would sell a Sandwich this expensive without freshly fried bacon. This is extremely unhealthy and disgusting.
