Just lovely, great drinks with alcoholic options too. They serve hot food but I enjoyed the Cuppa Club sandwich which is a meal of legend for those who know. Couldn't finish it . Will be back

If you are unsure what to order, .. try their chicken, cheese , bacon and avocado sandwich. Truly delicious Lovely space with an indoor and an outdoor seating . The waiter was really nice.

My second time visiting and it's just as good as I remember it. Less people due to Covid and they only do outside dine in and delivery. There's a little window you can make an order from or alternatively, speak to a server. Staff were great as usual. Sandwiches were way better this time. The bread was softer and didn't injure my gums like the last time. Unfortunately, I tried to order not 1 but 2 drinks and both weren't available because they had run out of an ingredient which was a bummer but I ended up with some mint ice tea. Other than it being full of sugar, it was alright. I went with the avocado and chicken sandwich and it was just as good as I remember it. Staff also kindly helped me charge my phone inside when I asked and overall it was a great experience.

I have always enjoyed the food, but I will never order from them again. They drastically reduced their salad portions out of the blue while maintaining the high price. It was worth paying GHc25 & above for a substantial portion of salad with lots of chicken/meat/tuna but now it's not worth it. The container is half the size, it's full of lettuce and there is much less protein. Even the garlic bread is now a miserable thin slice. Cuppa needs to either increase their prices or respect customers enough to inform them of such changes. Don't bother paying premium prices for such a poor product.

My favourite coffee shop and I have one specific meal I order everytime. Chicken, avocado, egg salad. It's delicious! The only terrible thing about this place is your order might take forever during lunch and busy hours. You're better off placing an order ahead of time if possible.

Good location and outdoor seating. The sandwiches are great. I was not happy with full of sugar ice tea. Coffee and black tea is average. The only thing I have disappointed that just after we finished our sandwiches and drinks the waiter brought the bill. This happened twice in a week.

A gem in the city of Accra, akin to a nice cafe on the street corner of a European city. It is well situated in the airport residential area. It has a lovely cost ambiance with different experiences between the inside seating and outside seating. For me it was there ice tea and sandwiches that got me to love the place. But they have wraps, smoothies, jollof and fried rice, hot and cold beverages. The prices are quite good. Staff are professional. The owner/manager can be seen usually. Parking is the only tricky issue I have with this place. It's getting popular so it can get busy. Still a good place to pass through.

I always have to wait too long for my food. Every single time and the waitresses downplay the time. I'd give customer service an 8/10 however. They are pretty polite whenever I go there. When they get it right, they make a mean breakfast burger.

The lust is finally over ! After seeing numerous watering images from cuppa* on Whatsaapp statuses of friends . I decided to finally go there for a taste of that awesomeness. I was impressed and I plan on going there anytime I’m within that side of town.

I have nothing but thanks , it was a favourite spot for me and a friend, come almost every Saturday and sat at the corner table by the window and order our favourite knix club salad and orange lemon ice tea and finish it off with chocolate banana icecream drink , great memories till he passed away. I returned 4yrs later this Saturday and ordered the same thing, sat in the same place , and smiled with each taste remembering times thought forgotten, this is the most amazing place I've ever been Josie and thank you for keeping it going . Plan on coming back so I could get lost in this little world you've made , note I made you some new customers too . It has , was and will always be a magical experience.

Quiet environment. Good place to have breakfast. Staff very respectful. Have no complaints about the food served either. I have heard others complain about some specific dishes; Naturally, I stayed away from those. Nothing bad to report during my visit. Will recommend the place for anyone who wants to have a breakfast meeting or date.

I was honestly highly disappointed with my recent visit to Cuppa Cappuccino. For one, I was told that I could not sit inside unless outdoor dining was full. I'm sure this may have something to do with COVID-19, but I have no idea. The outdoor area is nice, but I knew there would be insects which is why I wanted to be indoors and I was correct. I had to deal with mosquitos and spiders landing on my table, which was very unpleasant. I went with the idea that I would be able to get some work done and have a great meal, but that was not the case either. There was no wi-fi available as marketed and the food was really not that great at all. I could not get through the entire meal. My server I will say was extremely nice, but I can't say I would visit this location again. Very disappointing.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. The aesthetic is awesome, the spacing is adequate, the location is superb, the menu brings the best to your taste buds. You might want to stay away from the iced cuppacino though. The prices are friendly and the susah is the best thing about this place. You can't do any wrong trying a breakfast date here.

My first time in Ghana from the US and I had the opportunity to stop by. The owner is such an inspiring person woman. She had nothing but motivational words to share. So glad my group and I were able to have lunch here and enjoy a tasty sandwich and coffee. So very thankful !

Bread was hard, fries were soggy, none of the items were good. The “ice cream” was definitely Fanice. They need to do better!

Their breakfast platter was quite tasty, the only gripe I had was the "butter" tasted like margarine. Their hot chocolate was yummy and their cake slices are tasty and well sized. During our brief stay in Accra from the North, we visited Cuppa Cappuccino mainly to enjoy breakfast. My husband ordered the Full Breakfast - The Works. He did NOT enjoy it. Should be renamed. I ordered a Famous sandwich with bacon (turkey?), avocado, egg etc. I think we call them tea sandwiches in the US. They were served warm and were quite delicious! My cappuccino was also memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We came back the next morning and my husband ordered his own famous sandwiches like mines and enjoyed them with a cup of tea. We like this place. We will return.

DO NOT EST HERE! I asked for a bacon, turkey, lettuce And tomato sandwich. The turkey was pink and extremely processed. It appeared to be ham. The sandwich had cucumbers on it. When I expressed that was not what I asked for , the waitress took the food from me and did not return. I asked if they would make it again the way I wanted and she said no. The manager came out with no explanation and gave me the bill with the sandwich still on the bill. Customer service is poor and they do not care if the customers get what they asked for. This is a money grab and terrible terrible experience.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions, and my only complaint is that their cappuccinos are almost entirely made of milk, so you don’t really taste any coffee. Other than that the sandwiches and salads are nice, the smoothies are great, and the iced coffees are a treat. The staff members are also kind.

This is my fourth visit to this place during a year time: 2 times for coffee and 2 for food. Very relaxing place. Not as many tables as need be but cozy, relaxing, intimate, tasty, and excellent service.

Josie’s Cuppa Cappuccino is my go to place for jollof that feels/tastes home-made. Atmosphere is always calm and chilled. They have really good smoothies and mock-tails. Waiters/waitresses offer great service as well. The only downside is that food sometimes delays

I liked the fact it looked like a cafe out in Italy, Spain or Portugal. The food was the best part. My taste bud's very picky, but it perfectly aligned with the meal at Cuppa Cappuccino.

Food nice, Atmosphere cool, Service is good except they don't really open at 7 on Saturday. Been here waiting 25 minutes and still nobody to attend to me. Don't be in a rush too. Alone inside I'm still waiting over 25 min to be served an omelette.

I decided to go Cuppa Cappuccino after years of not having been there. I chose a Saturday morning, sat inside and ordered a latte, a chicken/bacon/avocado sandwich and a signature hot chocolate. Sadly, the overall experience was not encouraging. Staff: friendly but slow - 20 min for food, latte 10 minutes later, and at least 15 minutes for the bill. Atmosphere: Such a lovely setup, but I chose the wrong day. A very happy and loud family with kids playing ludo, and a group of young ladies loudly treating the whole cafe to their latest gossip were the other guests that morning. Whilst I loved seeing a family playing a board game instead of all staring at their phones, I wished for a more quiet setting. Food: Latte: half the glass was froth, coffee itself was good Sandwich: well presented and but completely bland. I would not order it again. Signature hot chocolate: this was a huge disappointment. I asked twice if the drink was sweetened and the waitress assured me the barista would not add sugar. Hot chocolate for me is a rich, unsweetened cocoa drink. When, after close to 20 minutes, the mug was placed before me, it looked lovely. Alas, the first sip was an absolute disappointment. The chocolate sprinkle on top was very sweet instant chocolate power. The drink itself was an overly sweet Milo or Ovaltine. The barista was unapologetic. I returned the drink and asked for my bill. Yes, I was charged for the "milo". If I do give the cafe another try, it shall not be on a Saturday.

The sandwich i ordered for was amazing the atmosphere very comforting the service splendid the woman who attended to me was kind and patience with me but I think if they could expand the kitchen a lil bit more it would be awesome for me i can wait be it 30 mins + or 20 mins or whatever but i don't think others are like me thank you soon much
