3 stars because they’ve got my order mixed up at least twice and the traffic at the drive through can be crazy. I guess that’s because of how it’s positioned and how busy the area can be.

Food's delicious and unique

The chips is very soggy, ordered for hot and crispy chicken and I got original. The whole food tasted like a day’s meal that’s been warmed up 🤦🏽‍♀️

Brightly refurbished and fully opened for business, the Colonel never lets u down on the Original Kentuckey Fried Chicken with chips 🍟 rice, etc plus delicious ice cream dessert yummy yummy 😋 Still kicking and finger licking good.

Service was fine. Covid protocols were quite strictly enforced. My friend complained about her fries being not having enough salt though. And I also had an issue with my milkshake order when I found out that something was unavailable after I had ordered it.

Sakumono KFC is located at spintex Community 18 Junction. Right opposite fodai plaza.you can order through jumia foods, go have a sit in or simply use the drive through. Time no dey like that. They've got everything any other kfc will have. French fries is always hot and crisp. Not bad for a quick lunch date.

Probably the best KFC restaurant I've been to so far. It's among a few that has a first floor fully dedicated for restaurant. With the ground floor being where you place an order. The AC wasn't working upstairs when I went but aside that, it offers a real restaurant experience compared to other KFC joints.

Do well to check your order well before you leave their premise because there was a day my drinks were short by one, and the distance and the drama that might come with it made me forget about it.

Fast food joint located at the junction opposite Fodai Plaza. Nice coloured interior and well furnished room. Get your fried chicken and rice with great stew. Cool minerals to sip after meal with desserts.

For 3weeks I have bought chicken burger at kfc sakumono and it's horrible! The first week, there was a slice of tomato, subsequently, no tomato. I was told they have run out of tomato. Please, close down if you cannot live up to standards. KFC is a known brand worldwide and it's a shame Ghana is destroying it's reputation. It's awful what I got for 45 gh cedis worth of burger. Disgusting!!! Do better or close down. It's a shame! Lastly, the burger was cold...didn't even taste fresh. Horrible food. This is what they call burger in Ghana?! No cheese, no tomato, sad looking lettuce with very scanty sauce like it's on ration for prisoners. This isn't worth the value for my money!

They have a KFC on Ghana. Was surprised to see this and had to check it out. The chicken stops, fries & cole slaw was good in the US. They didn't have any dipping sauce for my strip though

I like their food , and the customer service is really impressive, especially kekeli, she knows how to attend to customers....

They provide Drive through service which is very fast. Good customer service! The KFc at spintex can be very packed sometimes. Especially during festive seasons.

Located on the Spintex Community 18junction. It's a storey building painted in the famous Kfc colors. I really love the customer service there. The ladies at the counter were friendly and also the waiter who served us. Oh least I forget, they have a drive thru service as well... Sometimes it takes a while to get your order at the drive thru, but it's worth the wait.. I'll recommend this place to anyone around who wants to enjoy french fries to go here......

I don't know what it is about KFC that just turns my stomach. It doesn't even matter the location, it's always disgusting. The facility inside was very clean and the service great, the food itself is the issue here. Totally missed the mark.

KFC is a place to be on the occasion of your birthday, have something bordering your mind and you need a cool place to refresh and think well. They have a comfortable place downstairs and upstairs. Ones your order is made the process is seen on a screen when your food is ready. They are noted for that crispy chicken with either chips or rice of your taste.

Love it here. They gave me extra ketchup for my French fries and that was a sweet gesture. I generally don't visit KFC much but I've come here twice now, and might visit before I return to my home country.

I've been to this place a number of times and I've never experienced any thing negative or worth complaining about. I like this place.

This branch has the regular kfc menu and a drive through. Human traffic in store isn't usually heavy except for holidays and the like. Drive through wait time is not too bad as well. Service in store and drive through is 8/10.

Food is good, haven't had any issues with the food. Only issue for me is the turnaround time at the drive through. It can be really slow most of the time.

I always enjoy their Zingger meal with strawberry crusher. Their spicy chicken is delicious when hot. I will recommend KFC any day.

The queue in the drive thru was so bad. Extending into the traffic on the road. They only accepted cash. Food was good as per usual. Not extra-ordinary for the long wait.

I do not know why but last time I visited this branch their fries tasted like—and I do not exaggerate—soggy wet wipes. It was that bad. Old, Stale and cheap, even with salt on it. And don’t even get me started on their drive thru; it defeats the whole purpose of its establishment. Spending close to an hour in a vehicular queue for that kind of food is not worth it. Really forgettable experience.

One of the best KFC branches in Ghana. Fast drive-through, great ambiance, spacious and quick service.

The difference between the regular fries and the large fries is nothing significant to be honest. Would be nice to see a Maxi size added to the line. Also, it seems the quantity of the regular has been slightly reduced. All being said, the Lime and Chilli wings are a go to for me and mostly on point. In terms of affordability, the rate of increase in pricing is a bit concerning as it's getting to a point where getting a quick KFC meal would be a luxury only decent income earners can afford. KFC, kindly review internally 🙃

The food is okay. Takes about 20 minutes to get an order. Service is average; just that the staff keeps on shouting at their top voices. They have the upstairs lounge and the drive-thru service. They do delivery for bolt, yango and glovo foods. Service is average. Granted the location, if staff should learn to keep their voices low, it will have the ambiance perfect

I had an issue with the services I was provided but I loved how my issue was handled by the managers. I have been promised a better experience on my next visit which I look forward to. Three stars for now which will increase when the promise is kept.

The space is too small to manoeuvre with a car especially, the drive-thru. Sometimes, delivery is way too slow leaving some customers stranded in their cars for very long. I couldn't get the drive-thru experience because there were just a few cars but the last vehicle had its rear nearly on the main road. This made me opt for takeaway
