I
stayed
here
for
business
at
an
executive
suite
one
week
and
I
can
say
the
surrounding
and
overall
hotel
configuration
was
good,
however
the
service
was
abysmal
and
far
from
5
star…which
is
also
why
the
low
review.
First
off
in
Ghana
if
you
are
a
smoker
you
are
considered
an
“evil”
person
(I’m
not
joking
I
was
told
that
by
the
locals)
in
this
sense
the
security
staff
at
the
hotel
will
constantly
harass
you
to
get
you
out
of
the
sight
of
the
locals
and
force
you
to
go
smoke
behind
the
hotel
and
in
all
these
weird
corners
of
the
surroundings,
no
joke
it’s
really
weird
and
rather
disrespectful
to
be
honest,
especially
when
you
consider
the
amount
you
spent
to
stay
at
an
executive
room.
Secondly
in
Ghana
it
gets
dark
around
5pm
because
of
the
geolocation
and
then
they
close
the
outdoor
pool
and
surrounding
areas
even
though
it’s
30
Celsius
outside
and
humid
they
won’t
let
you
use
the
outdoor
pool
past
5pm…it’s
absolutely
ridiculous.
To
make
things
even
worse
the
security
staff
patrol
the
pool
area
with
a
vengeance
and
will
harass
you
off
the
premises,
you
can’t
even
be
around
the
outdoor
pool
it’s
absolutely
ridiculous,
these
guys
have
zero
concept
of
business
and
all
they
do
is
harass
the
patrons
around
the
area.
I
have
never
seen
such
terrible
service.
Perhaps
I
can
understand
not
allowing
someone
in
the
pool
after
hourse
but
you
can’t
even
sit
on
the
chairs
surrounding
the
pool
it’s
off
limits
and
the
security
will
come
and
make
you
leave…beyond
disrespectful!
This
place
needs
a
serious
staff
retraining
program
in
customer
service
and
proper
hotel
service.
You
can
have
a
good
hotel
in
a
good
location
but
if
the
staff
cannot
run
it,
it’s
still
going
to
be
a
trash
experience.
Half
of
the
staff
should
be
fired
and
the
other
retrained
in
order
to
have
a
proper
running
experience.
I
will
not
stay
at
this
place
again
as
they
don’t
appreciate
foreign
business
at
all!
