This is my second visit there and not much had changed aside the food prices and the increase in food quantity and plates. I highly recommend the place but I do strongly suggest you go with a ride or get ready to walk a long distance on bad roads. I enjoyed the food very much My first visit last year February The server who received us was very welcoming and polite, which pleased me very well. We were immediately provided with a menu after asking which services we were there for because it’s a hotel and a restaurant so I understood the question. I immediately knew what to order as the menu was very readable and easy to navigate through, so I had assorted jollof rice with goat meat and green pepper sauce and my friend had assorted fried rice with goat meat and green pepper sauce also. Our order didn’t take long to be served maybe because we were the only customers then. With about 80 cedis you can get a plate of food in a good quantity. The ambience is perfect with the mountainous weather and looking down little houses down the hill. Watching over the new sites springing up, the yellow buildings adds their unique beauty to it also. Personally,I think the design is beautiful with the transparent blue glass window at the reception area, their bicycle-like seats, the polished wooden seats under the summer hut shade. All come together in harmony to light up the place Now, this is where things get tricky. Truth be told, the signage by the roadside made us think it was a walking distance to the hotel, which turned out otherwise. Now we decided on a hailing taxi but with the bad internet connection, we took to the traditional way; we stood there and all the taxis passing by were full. Luckily, one stopped empty for us to bargain for a fare of 10 cedis. Upon arrival, we agreed it was a fair price because of the nature of the road. Not to exaggerate but it was that bad. The road that leads to the premises is motorable to a point and afterwards, it’s a dusty bumpy ride. I wasn’t surprised to see most of the cars packed on the premises to be 4-wheel drives and land rovers which meant they were frequent and accustomed to the road. When all was said and done and ready to leave, we came across the same network problem with hailing a taxi. We kept trying and eventually got one, apparently, the driver had dropped off someone at Aburi Gardens and was returning back to Accra when our order came through. The driver thought he was lost as he kept calling for direction because all he saw was bush mainly because it’s a new site. We had to move out to the main road to signal him. If not for returning to Accra, we would have walked to the main road for a taxi and subsequently back home. This meant those hailing taxis are not in those areas so to speak.

My husband and I came for weekend away from home in Accra. The drive was not bad and it’s really beautiful. I like that we don’t have to go a desk and check in. We were greeted at the gate and they took our bags and took us right to our room. The service is very personable. The employees are humble and gracious. Bismarck and Andy are the best! And they seem to do just about everything. Be sure to give them a nice tip for their generous hospitality! Our only two complaints are the wifi, the password changes daily and I had to sign in every few minutes. The other thing is that the restaurant has a very limited menu. I am a picky eater so basically I had chicken and rice for every meal (except breakfast) for three days. Other things to note: bring your own hand/face towels and bathing sponge. They provide minimal bath amenities: one towel per person and a shower gel and a lotion that smell really nice. We will definitely come back again!!

Spent 2 nights here over the long May weekend and it was great. From the quick check in to clean rooms to good food and serene environment, everything was good. The room was actually quite bigger than expected. Consisted of the sleeping area, the kitchenette and the bathroom. The staff seemed a bit under pressure as many guests showed up causing a slight delay in services but they were very welcoming and polite about everything so that was good. They have some games -jenga, board games, etc available for guests and a pool but aside that there’s not much to do there. I’d recommend for those who want somewhere quiet and calm probably to get some really good sleep.

Beautiful and Serene environment. A good hideout from all the noise in Accra. Food was good but took too long to arrive. They need to step up their conference facilities and package.

Night view is breathtaking. Lightening and atmosphere adds to the cozy weather at night makes the place a nice sight. Also, a great hideout if you want a getaway to the mountains. However, I feel one can get better value for money with regards to the room prices, rooms seems too ordinary for the price list.

The place is very nice 👍, the waiters were polite, the WiFi was on point, the water heater did not disappoint but 2 things i didn’t like was the kitchen had no utensils nor microwave and also the food wasn’t good at all and the plate they used in serving it wasn’t washed properly. I see positive reviews about the food and I am surprise or maybe they changed their cook. Please do something about the food because I was really sad when I ate the food after paying that amount of money.

Staff are very approachable and ready to please clients. Check in was smooth and quick. I loved the room decoration i requested for. Meals and room service was prompt, the staff always made u feel like they had your satisfaction at heart. The environment and scenery has a way of taking you out of the stressful life of the city. The food was very tasty too, i however wish the menu had more options, after 2 meals, i didn't know what to get on the menu again. I also loved the fact that i could get whatever i needed without paying upfront, that was a good feeling too.

Can honestly say the service received from the moment we checked in, to the first wander up to the Exec Room was just brilliant. The hotel is fabulous, the staff wonderful, the choice and quality of food served excellent and our suite had the most amazing views Aburi lush greens. Thoroughly impressed with every detail and will not hesitate to return next time I am in Ghana,! From the manager Mr Dan Botchway & hard working staff Bismark, Naomi, Mary & Andy much appreciated for your exceptional customer service skills that makes stays a memorable one

The rooms are neat but the washroom could use a little cleaning. The water pressure is a bit low so the shower is not exciting. The food is just fantastic but the portions are very very small. İ ordered yam chips and was served with 14 slim fingers of yam chips. İ wonder if the chef is Japanese. How can anyone be full with that portion. And the food is expensive too. The scenery is fantastic and the air even fresher.

We were warmly welcomed by a waiter called Bismarck who was very meticulous and listened attentively to our request. He had a genuine smile on his face and was spot on with his service. Now to the hotel itself I would say by far this is the place I have been that is home away from home. The picturesque views of the mountains and the colourful walls made the hotel an interesting place to be. There was an abundance of sitting areas be it indoors or outdoors with colours and I loved the fact that every place at the hotel was just breathtaking and had a panoramic view where you could take various snaps of yourself. I also loved the fact that the sitting area we had had a socket near us to charge our phones which made it convenient for us. The whole place is just a comfort and you can spend the whole day admiring the hotel. Thumbs up to the hotel management I would continuously come there often

Location very serene, rooms are nice but slow water pressure in the bathrooms making it unpleasant, poor costumer service, swimming pool so unkept & not in use. Great food by the way. This place is beautiful just needs a professional management

Would recommend but with limited expectations. 1. Really serene, peaceful, beautiful, natural, fresh environment, great place to keep calm and relax. 2. Manager is very kind, hospitable, gentle, staff are friendly , helpful too. 3. Property is neat and nicely decorated. But 4. Food take 1 hour to get ready, even breakfast , its absurd. 5. Room has no soap, shampoo, hand soap, dryer, no tissue box in bedroom, no slipper, no water kettle, no tea or coffee, only 2 bottles of water. 6. There is game room with pool, table soccer, table games, and great place for walks, jogging, yoga, meditation.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. The rooms were dirty, the pool was very dirty, I would not swim in it. The food was a joke, everything we ordered anytime from the menu, they told us it wasn't available. Service was slow. The grounds were beautiful, the only good thing I can say. Stay away! The moment we walked into the room and saw the dirty floor in both the bathroom and bedroom, we had a hard time to enjoy a few swans on the bed with sheets full of holes. Every hotel I have ever stayed at always have cleaned rooms while the guests were out unless we asked not to. I didn't substitute ANYTHING. I asked for food on the menu and was never told most food on your menu was not included in our package, apparently not much was included. The was worse than a few leaves, it was so cloudy I never actually swam. We got into the wading pool, it was the only clean part. We NEVER asked for any leftovers packed up. I'm sorry if asking for a clean room and pool are too much work for your staff. Don't worry we will NEVER be back, there are much better hotels around.

Located on the Akuapem mountain range and few minutes from Aburi, you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery and amazing landscape of Cactus Creek. Ideal for a family/friends gathering outside the crowded city of Accra. You'll enjoy the climate, the views on the hillside and valley and the overall aesthetics of the surroundings. Their meals are great (with buffet packages), and in fact I did enjoy their sweet and sour pork very much. There's a swimming pool to cool off and benches under summer huts to sit on and enjoy the whole experience.

If you're a lover of nature and quiet spaces, this is the place to be. The location is great and close enough to lots of other prime locations for fun and activity such as the Aburi Gardens. Whether it's a daycation or couple of days' vacation out of the hustle of Accra, you'd love it here. It's the perfect escape. Special thanks to Botchway the General Manager, Andy with Operations, and all the staff that made sure that we were comfortable. Can't wait to go back and hopefully get the opportunity to enjoy the place for a longer period.

I would like to thank the manager, Daniel as well as the CEO of this beautiful hotel. My family and I came up for a visit and initially we experienced some "hiccups" however the manager, Daniel showed exceptional customer service in the matter that he handled the situation. I have to commend him on his professionlism and his empathy towards the situation. Customer service is lacking badly in Ghana but Daniel showed that there is room for improvement but just with time. The whole ambiance at Cautus Creek was so peaceful and relaxing and if that was the goal it was certainly accomplish. The staff is wonderful and so pleasant and I cant say enough about how good and affordable the food is! Ghanaian food is the best chale! Thank you again to the CEO for your follow up about our stay. It shows you care and that says a lot. We will definitely be back and will be bringing others. Medasse pa.

This is a hidden treasure. We were met by a tour guide called Nature who took us through the cactus lined stair walkways. We relaxed in a serene sitting area in the outdoors. To top it off we had lunch served by Dorcas. Food was great and her service was excellent. Sussie (USA)

We loved the restaurant. The staff was very hospitable and flexible to our requests. The view was amazing and the authentic, fresh food (and palm wine) was top notch for local and international visitors. Highly recommend as a stopover from Aburi. We didn’t have a chance to stay overnight this time but hope to another time.

Great place to be when you need a very cool place for relaxation. Very good ambience. Hotel is nestled in a woody environment. Cleanliness is top notch and staff are friendly too. Rooms are very neat. Only dislike was food. Needs to up their game there.Fantastic view of trees from room

Great environment and ambience but Room (premium superior) looked cheap for the price that they are charging, no duvet just some cheap blanket cover in such a cold environment, room had woody chair for the work bench with no sofa, complimentary provisions had sugar poured into a plastic take away container, which looks very unprofessional. I would have a better experience elsewhere for the amount of money I paid for this place. I don't think I will be coming back. I regretted coming here! Addendum Mr Daniel (manager) reached out to me before I left the premises of the hotel and promised to take a look at my comments. He offered me and my wife a complimentary lunch packs and late check out. That's a positive sign that they care about their customers concerns. Keep it up!

Services were so poor. I went there to have a good time with my partner but the telephone in our room wasn’t working so to provide us with any little info means ;they’d have to come knocking on our door. Aside that, everything dish I had there was so salty!

The jollof we had here was heavenly, my American gf loved everything! Our guests too... I only wish they fixed better signage, our guests got lost trying to locate the place. Google maps works however. The serenity is going to be missed. Will definitely come back!

It was really nice with construction still underway but it lacked any entertainment on this particular weekday afternoon. It might be best to visit on a weekend. Great for picture taking because of the vegetation & color theme but I personally had nothing to do overthrew that day. You are better off driving an SUV bcos low vehicles will encounter an untarred road just for a few minutes.

Excellent view and environment. Was there at night and the lighting and everything n view was 😍 Service? 🥵🤧 very very very poor! Called 30 minutes before arrival to order food. Food never came even after an hour of sitting there and waiting. After almost 2 hours we left without getting the food 🤷‍♀️

Lovely hide out from the urban noise of Accra. As a doctor, it provided the perfect getaway from all the stress. The food was so good. Compliments to the chef. Great view. Peace and quiet. Neat rooms and environment. And customer service was top notch. The TV channels bouquet need some work as well as the road leading to the hotel.
