I haven't lodged here before but It's a beautiful place for evening hangout. I enjoy the free WiFi and their general services. The location is perfect, a walking distance from both international and local airport.

Great Location...I arrived there for there American Style Breakfast Buffet but got there 15 minutes before closing 10:30 am I was passed to shut down 15 minutes early...I had traveled across town just for a feeling of Philly breakfast...They were kinda mean with it...If it wasn't for incredible Hand Wood carved Art that blanketed the lobby with exquisite pieces I fell in love with spirituality of the statues. It was like they were communicating with my ancestor side of my soul...

Jonathan at the front desk is very welcoming. The facility is clean, rooms are spacious, and bed is comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Bolt is usually 3mins away, close to many shops and resources

We had a week long mentorship program with Fidelity Bank and amazing entrepreneurs from all part of Ghana. From food, to watching the Black stars match against Portugal with other inmates was amazing. Networking with other cultures. Definitely had an awesome moment and can't wait to be back.

Nice, not over the top. Comfy and roomy conference facilities. Food isn't bad. Front desk could be a bit more courteous. Parking is a nightmare when multiple events are happening.

I've been here for a couple of seminars and I liked their interior design. Interior signage made moving around and finding certain common spaces easier. I loved their large entrance hall as well. I haven't lodged or eaten here before, so I can't talk much about that. I think car parking is a little bit of an issue. But overall, my experiences here have been good.

Horrible rooms! The FIRST room bedsheets was nasty. The tub filled with water as I showered and the tv had no reception. The SECOND room simply flooded as I showered. The THIRD room was good but it was my final night the facility. Since I paid before my stay, I wasnโ€™t offered any monetary compensation nor an additional day to stay.

Only visited for their local buffet therefore I can't talk about the rooms. The food was definitely delicious ; I enjoyed most of the meals I tried. You will need to reserve ahead of time if your party is relatively large, to avoid not getting a table, as buffet appeared to be pretty popular.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, very close to the airport. You'd appreciate the short ride to your hotel after lengthy airport customs protocols at arrival. Hotel has a shuttle service from and to the airport, which is also a big plus. Staff was friendly, food was average. Will probably stay again next time in Accra.

One of the popular go-to hotels for persons visiting Ghana for the first time, due to its proximity to the international airport in Accra. The access road does get gridlocked at certain times but that shouldn't be much of a challenge getting to and from the airport. Catering is well done and the general area is well kept. Conference facilities were without hitches, I'll definitely recommend if it meets your budgetary capacity. Washrooms are also well maintained to ensure a pleasant experience.

The atmosphere was absolutely serene for a Sunday meeting. The bar attendant was very professional and went about his duty quite excellently. Their fresh watermelon ๐Ÿ‰ and pawpaw was absolutely great. Would recommend for any fresh juice lover.

All in all, my stay in Accra and Holiday Inn was lovely. They had good rooms and services and wonderful people too. I enjoyed the buffets also. Their conference rooms were properly equipped for a smooth and seamless meeting or workshop.

A 5-star hotel with classic swimming pool in a nice environment. Less than a kilometer from the international airport with a state of the art interior features. Your access to lift, rooms and lightings is tied to your access cards. The food are superb as well as the give away daily personal hygiene kits.

Very nice place for a date with a loved one. Unfortunately the menu doesn't come with variety of dishes making it difficult to choose. The pool was also not in use which was quite disappointing. But I guess it's due to this covid and once we're through this things will get back to normal.

Holiday Inn Management didnโ€™t treat us well when we organized a Couples Dinner recently over there. What we paid for didnโ€™t really meet our expectations. We were underserved. Food got finished and some people who have paid didnโ€™t get food and water. We have communicated our grievances but to no avail because the program is over. Management should really investigate this matter because this hotel is really falling in its standards. This is how Africans destroy thriving businesses.

Nice place, infact very Kool, with some relaxing ambience. Their restaurant,, you need to experience it. On Friday nights,, don't miss the live performances at their pool side. They serve some nice and affordable khebabs there. Don't forget to get a stick. You will love it.

The quality was better a few years ago but it appears the lack of proper maintenance had dimmed the quality significantly. The breakfast buffet is boring compared to those in hotels of similar standard

Room was dirty, found body hair in several places including the bathroom. Shower kept fluctuating from extreme hot to extreme cold. Paid extra for an extra bed, they never brought one and refused to refund the extra money I paid for the extra bed. My wife, myself and 2 kids had to squeeze on a small double bed. Extremely disappointed in Holiday Inn, never thought their brand would allow this level of service.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and surprisingly quiet as the Hotel is so near to the Airport. The TV is a smart tv but it does not have Netflix. Only You Tube which does not work. The buffet breakfast is basic but still offers enough choice. The Hotel is opposite a shopping mall that features a large modern supermarket that stocks everything that anyone could possibly need. My stay was overall very pleasant.

I was transiting in Accra to catch evening flight. The receptionist Mrs Vanessa wouldnโ€™t allow the concierge to keep my bags while I was eating at the restaurant. She was not really helpful. She made me pay for a room even for a couple hours stay at the property restaurant, Iโ€™m very upset! Bad customer service!!!!! I

Holiday Inn didnโ€™t treat us well at all. after paying per head for a buffet event the quantity of food served was not even enough to feed half the number of people we paid for. Even water served was not enough and the waiters were so slow in serving. We have complained but have still not received any feedback. Itโ€™s really disappointing and a shame

Just went there for the Buffet for my cousin's birthday. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of options in my opinion. Was okay but definitely not 5 star.. Maybe next time it will be better.

It's OK for an airport hotel. Very polite and friendly staff. More towels would have been useful. We could not get the air conditioning to go below 25. Mouldy smell in some parts of the hotel, which clearly needs airing.

Had the dinner buffet and the food was great. The meat in the light soup was tough though, so wasnโ€™t totally enjoyable. I enjoyed the rice, potatoes and grilled chicken as well as the gizzard. Among the desserts available, the creme brรปlรฉe was 10/10 and really loved it. The waiters were very helpful and attentive.

I recently attended a conference at the Holiday Inn, specifically in their Volta Hall, and I was quite pleased with the experience. The conference hall itself was well-equipped and spacious, making it an ideal venue for our event. The staff at the Holiday Inn were accommodating and helpful throughout our conference. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, from setting up the audio-visual equipment to providing assistance when needed. Their professionalism and attentiveness to our needs contributed to the success of our conference. Additionally, I noticed that the facilities, including the washrooms, were well-maintained and had a pleasant aroma, which added to the overall positive impression of the venue. Overall, my experience using the Volta Hall at the Holiday Inn for our conference was excellent. The combination of a well-equipped venue, helpful staff, and a comfortable environment made it a great choice for our event.

Location is perfect, just within the busiest and largest airport in Ghana, good facilities for taking care of all your needs. Conference rooms also available for business. Enough Space for car parks, nice reception area and also security is assured.

Good location. Its close to the airport and all the key neighborhoods in Accra. Plus its walking distance to Marina mall where you have options of shops; supermarket, Pharmacy, clothing stores, KFC and other dining outlets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn during my visit to Accra, Ghana. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay. Without a doubt, this hotel has set the bar incredibly high for luxury accommodations. The attention to detail is truly remarkable. Every aspect of the hotel, from its stunning architecture to the tastefully decorated interiors, exudes elegance and sophistication. The blend of contemporary design with subtle nods to local culture creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and enchanting. My room was an absolute haven of comfort. The plush bedding, coupled with the panoramic views of the city skyline, made it difficult to leave the room each morning. The attention given to cleanliness and maintenance was exemplary, ensuring a pristine and relaxing environment throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the knowledgeable concierge who offered valuable local insights to the attentive housekeeping staff who ensured my room was always immaculate, every member of the team went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Dining at Holiday Inn was a culinary journey in itself. The diverse range of restaurants and bars within the hotel offered a multitude of options, each presenting delectable dishes crafted by talented chefs. The blend of international cuisine and local flavors tantalized my taste buds, leaving me craving more with each meal. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were second to none. The state-of-the-art fitness center provided a comprehensive array of equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. The luxurious spa offered a tranquil escape, where I indulged in rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling completely pampered. The location of the Holiday Inn was ideal, situated in the heart of the city with convenient access to major attractions, shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife. Whether I wanted to explore the cultural landmarks or simply soak in the energy of the city, everything was within easy reach. In conclusion, my stay at Holiday Inn was an exquisite experience that exceeded all expectations. The combination of opulence, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly sets this hotel apart. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend Holiday Inn for a remarkable stay that will leave you with memories to treasure for a lifetime. Handy for the airport. I can't afford to stay here overnight, but I enjoyed food and drinks at the bar. The bar staff are really lovely, especially Gabriel.

Very nice place and convenient location to airport and main transportation. Good welcome and checking, friendly and prompt. Nice clean rooms and space, overall. But halls are hot and a few things broken, elevators are. Hit or miss and often will not stop level with the floor. Our shower would not drain properly and the noise even at the 7th level was a bit loud all night. The lobby is nice and cool, bathrooms well attended and the restaurant is recommended compared to any local restaurant or eating options.

Holiday Inn subjected my mother and I to the most embarrassing situation on her 60th birthday private buffet lunch party held on the 16th May 2021. In all, we invited 25 guests of which 23 were able to attend. We paid Gh200 per head for food and Ghc70 per head for drinks. We were in for the shock of our lives when we realised that all the meal courses provided were so scanty , inadequate and some poorly tasting. Most guests were hardly able to access a second round of meals. The supervisor of the day promised and assured us of bringing in more food. This never saw the light of day. Most guests were left unsatisfied but for the DJ and good decor saving us some face, this day would have ended in pure sadness. It was just a total rip off by the management of holiday Inn hotel and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Holiday Inn is a great place to be. Spacious environment, lovely food and amazing customer service. A client was rude to a waiter but he handled it professionally which must be applauded. Favourite meal will always be the red red, the shouldnโ€™t change anything about it โ˜บ๏ธ.

While the people were very nice and friendly, the hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance. A stale smell in the lobbies and some damaged items in the room was surprising for a hotel of this calibre. Hope they work on this.

On boxing day 2021 I together with my family was at the restaurant of the Holiday Inn Accra for buffet lunch. We arrived at 3.00pm. Apparently the hotel has a cut-off time of 3.30pm which they didn't disclose to me/us. Half way into our lunch they started clearing the serving tables. By 4.00pm when we were to go for our dessert, there was nothing left. I complained. That's when I was told that the cut-off time for lunch was 3.30pm. We left without taking dessert. However, the full bill was presented to me which I paid. The food was good but the service was the poorest I have yet received in any hotel restaurant in Ghana.

The Hotel is very neat and clean. Good customer service. The security here is good also. What I didn't like about this hotel is that they don't offer free breakfast as advertised on their official website and also their food is very expensive.

Nice, neat place, lovely staffs. Good, still maintaining the old Holiday Inn culture. Poor TV entertainment system, the Internet is not so fantastic. Tremendous food.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for a quick traveler or a sojourner. Its close to the airport. Rooms arent so bad, beautiful decor everywhere, very antic and African, very welcoming even. Service? Front desk are a bit slow, Event reservation staffs are helpful once they know they will be compensated, but are nice anyways. I bet you dont know there is Airport pickup and dropoff.

If youโ€™re not staying here, youโ€™ll still enjoy the food very much. You can do the buffet or eat from the restaurant right outside the pool. On Friday nights there is love band music with Ghanaian and world classics.

My room had a damp smell to it, I asked them to freshen it up. Didn't change much. My loyalty to the IHG program was not recognised and I had to beg to be allowed to check out late. Was even misled that check out was at 10 but they would consider allowing me to leave at 12 - which is their actual check out time as stated on a placard. On a brighter note, the breakfast selection was excellent and gave my taste buds a good run.
