Nice facility and very good location as well. About 5 minutes drive from the Accra mall and about 10 minutes to the Kotoka international airport.

Had a really nice time there. Their room was spacious and well kept. There was free coffee and water in the rooms as well as free WiFi. Their food especially the breakfast was very good. They have a nice swimming pool you can relax in.

If you are having an event at Uni of Ghana, Tomreik is a good choice because of its location outside the CBD. You avoid traffic morning and evening. I had a nice experience; swimming pool, bar, AC(very important) and meals, Wifi were good. The Sunday buffet was especially amazing 🤩. One thing though Alakat meals. Took quite a long while to get your order ready(40 min-1hour). Tip: order first then go up to your room and do any other business that you might have. Thanks guys!

The hotel is close to the airport and have air conditioning which one would need with the warm and humid atmosphere in Accra. Their WiFi is quite good.

Most of the gadgets were not working. Housekeeping staff very rude. Receptionist was kind. Will rate their food 4/10.

I was there for a training session so I cannot say much about their rooms. Services rendered could be managed with standards and locating the place is not challenging at all using Google maps. The Asantewaa hall is very well and neatly organised with the washrooms neatly kept as well. The general external environment I serene and worth visiting again

Lovely hotel with good service while I waited for my klm flight. Food was on point. My kids loved their stay My only point is for my room had a crack in the wall so may need to redo and maybe service the AC as it was not cool enough. I Would go to this hotel again. My room was 103.

Though it is found in a busy space you still can get the peace and quiet you need to work and for your conferences. Rooms are fine but could be better.

Located in one of the busy spaces in east legon. Tomreik is growing to becoming a well known hotel. Security staff are available to help you park especially in difficult situations. The food and snacks are above average. Conferencing needs a bit of work. It is spacious but projector positioning can be improved. The structure of washrooms for the upstairs conference room could have been facelifted. There are only two cubicles each for the "pee bowls" and the WC (at least I can speak for the male side) and can lead to queues when there are lots of meetings.

The atmosphere was serene even with it's location. I was there for a seminar but I would like to checkout thier rooms too.

Very expensive relative to the service 3. They weren’t flexible while making some modifications for the reservation

Serene environment, excellent customer service and just a perfect place to host your corporate meetings, team-bonding meetups etc. I love the pool, well kept, clean and the Guard was experienced and top of the job.

On 27th May 2023, when i went there mainly to swim and enjoy their meal, i enjoyed their meal but while i was swimming, the man in charge of the swimming treated me wickedly and motivated me to swim for only one hour and leave while i was willing to swim for 3 hours by telling the fair cashier lady at the reception to never accept me to come and swim in the hotel there again while i have not done anything Wrong. Thank you 😡😡😒😒

Services offered good and staff very nice to clients. The only thing I observed in the bathrooms,house keepers don't supply all the needed items like razor and toothbrush. Comfortable beds!!

Had a conference at their facility so didn't experience their accommodation facilities. However, the conference room was spacious, well aerated and lit, good Acoustics and visual display systems. Great food too.

One of the best in East Legon, great customer service

I don't know how hotels are starred as I find the 3-Star rating for Tomreik quite low. Is it an international criteria or an average of user rating? My bad. I attended a high level meeting at the 1st conference hall at the ground floor, right near the pool; has a local name. Conference hall is spacious, has a projector, PA system and africa-themed paintings on the walls. The seats and tables were well-arranged into a double U-Shape for our conference. The drapes and table cloth, glass doors, ambience and flow really worked well for our purpose. There are neat sweetly scented washrooms, standby generator and accessories for presentations (flip chart stand and supplies). There is breakfast and lunch (what I know of) for conferences, and our servings were healthy and delicious. Environment is serene, security is great and the parking space is that wide and regulated.

Facility looks good but client service is really poor. This encapsulates the reception, cleaning and restaurant.

I just don't like the swimming pool positioned at the center of the Hotel. Their Ac works perfectly, i had a meeting at their Conference room and everything was fine.

Had a programme in one of their conference halls. They provided in-house sound and gave us access to their high speed internet to stream online. Great help from the attendant they assigned to us. I'd recommend them for any conference or seminar.

Where quality is assured

Rooms not standard enough for value of its cost. Front desk personnel especially Rebecca and Sunday are exceptional. Always willing to help and smiling all the time, very cautious and accommodating. Food was superb and timely served.
