We paid for the penthouse and for the amount we spent I expected a little bit more that what we saw. It was quite obvious that de room hasn't been used for some time and so no maintenance had been done. On our arrival toilets in two bathrooms were leaking water. The view from the penthouse is not nice at all and the front desk takes forever to answer the phone. I don't know if others experienced the same thing and I'm not trying to bring down the business, this is just my honest review.

Great environment and food, customer service is excellent. A place for all occasions and families. 5 minutes drive from the Airport and they have a shuttle.

This place is a place you ought to visit. Their rooms gives you a feeling of both being in your own home and being on another planet. Their staffs are professionals and know how to blend professionalism with friendship. Their services are just top notch.

the conference room is very comfortable. their food is superb. you dont want to miss their soup

It was a pleasant experience, I love the rooms and it room service. More can be done as regards food, make it more continental. Check the A/C not very effective, guess it's the position it is. Keep a brief instruction some where in the room on items that are part of the room service ( used by guest). Overall it was a very good experience. Thanks.

Very friendly staff. They went above and beyond. I dropped my earring down the shower drain and within minutes the staff was there to completely open the bath tub and pipes to find my earrings. Lovely breakfast and roomservice. 10 out of 10. The pool was super clean and beautiful. Cant wait to come back!

My husband and I had one of the best service from this hotel in 2014 for that reason he wanted us to us them for our anniversary and we were very disappointed!!!! All I want to say is maintenance is very important and lack it !! Sorry didn’t work for us this time we had to check out before time

My family of seven missed our flight and were stuck in Accra unexpectedly for one more night. It was 11:30 pm and we had no place to stay. Someone recommended the Best Western because it was close. We were hoping for some American hospitality since it was an American brand. By the time we got there it was past midnight and we were tired, stressed and frustrated. The front desk help seemed not to care. We requested 2 rooms to sleep the 7 of us and were told that even though each room had 2 double beds we were only allowed 2 people per room because only one person is allowed per bed. She said we would need four rooms. After expressing my disgust, she decided she would allow my fifteen year old son to be a 3rd person in one of the rooms even though he was over the allowable age of 14. However there would be an additional charge of $40 USD so he could have breakfast. I told her he didn’t need breakfast so we wouldn’t have to pay the $40. She then changed and said the fee would be charged even if he didn’t eat breakfast. She was completely unwilling to help out a family in a rough situation and just kept saying it was “policy”. Not what I am used to from Best Western. Very disappointed. There is no logical reason why we couldn’t put 4 people in one room and 3 in another. She couldn’t give me one. Just a greedy money grab.$149 USD per room plus the $40. This was an unexpected expense that was not in our budget. We saved for years to get our family to Ghana to give my children (2 of which were adopted from Ghana at a young age) a chance to understand their roots. Unfortunately, what was a great trip ended with a little bit of a bitter taste because of the lack of hospitality.

Needed desperately a pair Of tennis shoes and went there and was lucky to meet Oscar who helped me getting the right pair of shoes. Thank you for making my choice easy and fast Well done Oscar

I just loved the entrance n my whole stay buh I left something there n got to kumasi. Called them to alert them n the only respond I had was, "we will call house keeping" n that was it. I called n called till they told me there will call back n nothing till now. Very disappointed.

Located at a plush residential area with a serene environment. Rooms are fitted with the state of the art furniture. Everything about the place is perfect with a friendly staff right from the security officers to the manager. I really love the place. I recommend that place to all who want to be in a peaceful place in GH

I was there for lunch with my boss & some other colleagues. Their services including their meals, were on point. The only thing I didn't like was the time the food came in. They delayed us a bit. But they apologised for keeping us waiting for that long

The location is perfect, secluded, but yet close to everything. The staff on the floors and in the restaurant are absolutely the best. They are so attentive to your every need. I've visited at 4 times and will definitely stay at this facility on my next visit.

Their management style and services are a little bit hostile. Staff are not relax and basic hotel stuffs like bathing soap are not replaced regularly. I think they're complacent.

It was for a day's meeting so didn't get to use their rooms. The service was okay, not exceptional. Their food was good and the washrooms were okay; they should be regularly attended to though, especially when there's a conference. Their internal ambience was okay, just not exceptional. I will give them a three out of five.

The real star rating of the hotel. Moldy and dusty rooms/aircon - a potential health risk. Beans and viennas for breakfast. A bathroom which is not very functional if you want to shower. Wifi speed to be 7.2Mb/s, more like 7kb/s. A fridge that is running but doesn't get cold in the rooms. Only positive: the bedding seems clean and the driver is on time for airport.

Hotel service is null. Rooms are old and not maintained, the carpet smells... for the owner: instead of taking all the money, because rooms are not cheap, kindly spend some for renovation and better peroneel.

The video that plays on the television in the room says that the hotel provides complimentary breakfast to the in-house guest however we were still charged for the breakfast. There are cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower area is so small that hardly a person can fit, the water is not hot at all. This is the worst place that I have ever been to

A beautifully built 4-star hotel with great ambience, strategically positioned, located in the heart of Accra 8 minutes drive from the kotoka international airport... Security here is great, food is great and above all customer services is amazing...

Giving them 5 Star doesn't means they are on top of Hotel business in Ghana but simple because, i have enjoyed a meeting at one of their conference room today and i must admit that their reception was on point. This meeting was organize by GIZ Ghana Office. Myself and 3 other colleagues have represented NARWOA. We also had representative from Energy commission, ATTC, NVTI, Takoradi Technical University, EPA & many more.
