The best part about this hotel is the service. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I was blown away by how hospitable everyone was. The pool is warm, the breakfast buffet had amazing local ingredients, and the shuttle to and from the airport was a nice touch for our commute. There is plenty of security around campus, including checkpoints at the entrances. You can get to various markets, independence square, oxford street, the beach, the W. E. Dubious center, The Black Star, and other sites within 10minutes. My friends chose this venue for their wedding. It was the perfect choice. We were treated to beautiful flower arrangements, great food, and exceptional service. They ensured that their wedding ceremony and reception was perfect....thank you!

5 star hotel should really be rated 3 stars. There was mold in our room 😩 the service took exceptionally long for everything. The drinks weren't great and tasted watered down. The decor of the hotel and spa facilities were breathtaking. They just need a lot of help with service and addressing the mold issue (they try to cover it up with paint)

I visited a while back and I must say, this is such a relaxing hotel to spend your holiday. I used most of the amenities and also the spa. I really liked the Pilipino or so women and how they serve really nice tea before the spa time. It is so spacious and the pool side is well relaxing. I am giving it 4 star because I did not like the food. Else everything else was good.

Stayed here for 6 days. Hotel is clean, very nice ambiance. Centrally located in Accra. Great breakfast buffet daily. Room service was great. Covid check in place everywhere. Was able to take covid test required for air travel at the hotel, results were out in less than 12hours. Will be back👍🏽

One of my favorite hotels in accra. It is quite pricey but worth it. The food is good and breakfast as well friendly staff. The infrastructure are not the newest and a bit used but I guess it's due to the climate

Amazing 5 star hotel. The staff is AMAZING!!! All are genuinely nice and kind. Hotel has ice cold air-conditioning for south of equator summers while it's freezing in the U.S. winter. My bed was large enough to sleep 3-4 adults comfortably. Very secure gated resort. Metal detectors prior to entering hotel for all guests and vendors. Doormen for entry and elevators, shoe shine in lobby or leave shoes outside of hotel room.

My family and I came for Christmas Eve dinner. The hostess Mavis was superb. She met us with a champagne, welcome drink. The chef was very helpful identifying what met our food allergy requirements. All of the food was amazing. We had a variety of traditional, local dishes, as well as international cuisine. The musical artist was super talented. She needs a recording contract. All in all I would highly recommend this for a nice intimate dinner or a family gathering.

Great place for meetings. Spacious car park and meeting area. @entry, I was just wondering if the dog on the day needed some directions or mastery to sniff around the cars or it was just running around with the security guard. If it must be done, it must be done well

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Catherine at the the front desk. I'm always met by her warm welcoming smile, visible even behind the mask. She's always pleasant and ready to help, going so far as to make change for me from her own purse for my Uber ride. When addressing any service failure she's always honest and ready to find a solution. She recognizes its not about the failure but the follow up. She's an asset to your establishment and I always look forward to interacting with her.

Premier hotel in the city. Stunning architecture and interior. Rooftop pool, several restaurants and an art gallery too (which is free). This place truly has it all and I would recommend it to all.

Kempiski is one of the best luxurious 5 Star hotels located in Accra with close proximity to the international airport. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The facility is well maintained and the rooms are very specious and neat. There is a gym for you to keep fit, a spa to have a relaxing massage and a swimming pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Let's start with the positives. The variety and quality of the food were good. The hotel's restaurants offered a diverse range of cuisines, and each dish I tried was delicious. Another highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The staff members were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. A special shout-out to Emmanuel who went above and beyond to locate and return the earphones I left behind in the airport shuttle, before my departing flight. The hotel also boasts an impressive array of amenities. The gym was well-equipped with modern fitness equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The spa facilities were luxurious and offered a wide range of amenities, specifically the sauna and steam room, providing a much-needed opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of these amenities, which greatly contributed to the overall quality of my stay. However, one aspect that detracted from the otherwise impeccable experience was the noticeable smell of dampness and mold in the rugs throughout the hotel. While the rest of the property was well-maintained and appeared clean, this issue with the rugs was a significant downside. The smell was quite pervasive, and it was particularly noticeable in the hallways, and common areas, and bedroom. In conclusion, the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast offers a wonderful stay with its excellent food, exceptional service, and top-notch amenities.

All in all i will rate 5star and above. Compliment to the chef on duty Chef Rafael. He has an absolute and genuine customer service attitude. Our stay wouldn't be as memorable and special with out your personal touch on our delectable dishes during our stay in the hotel. Superve pastries which i love most.

The hotel is very beautiful and grand and I completely enjoyed my stay there. My stay was a birthday gift and the hotel was very kind to have my room decorated even though I couldn't make the first night due to a canceled flight. They were also able to refer a doctor who came to my room to collect samples for my required departure covid test.

The rooms were clean and I liked that the hotel was on the beach. We were in the quiet part of town on the East End. There's a market, liquor store, and restaurant across the street. There's also a Subway shop. You should definitely rent a car if you want to spend time on the West End where there are lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

I was privileged to be hosted by my heart for a night stay at this beautiful ultra modern hotel for my birthday and it was lit. Their happy hour moments in the evening where you get to enjoy free buffets and drinks was fantastic. They've also got this unique art collections in their amazing gallery, clean and standard pool for your relaxation. Their buffets breakfast is magical, variety at its best, both local and continental. The ambience I guess you would need to experience to understand. Their spa section is well equipped and the process you go through to get a massage is everything from decorations, to the background music, lighting, sauna, warm bath, steam bath etc was just on point. Book them for a life time experience!! See ya

Overall good experience but a few unfortunate instances for sure. Some less than hospitable staff and unexpectedly long wait times at the spa. Also, somehow the deadbolt was engaged in the room but there was no one in there at the time and we were not able to get in so that was quite eerie. Had great service with Nina, Potu, and Christina at the spa. Many incredible options for breakfast. I would definitely return and recommend to others but am hoping for a more positive experience next time.

OUTSTANDING! Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful. Welcoming. Best hospitality of any stay in recent memory both international and U.S. The concierge, the wait staff, the maid service, the security all made me feel welcome and at home with EVERY interaction.

The breakfast was very good and excellent. Rooms are nice nice art work on the lobby. The service staffs are nice and accommodating. Anita my waitress was great. The manager Daniel was another great one with customer care.

Has conference rooms of various sizes to suit your needs. Ancillary or support services are readily available for that great and holistic conference experience. Coffee break and snack options are great. Better still, breakfast, lunch, and supper at the restaurants if part of the conference package can be delightful experiences. Last but no means the least, a stay in the rooms is refreshing and rejuvenating. A cool and comfortable rest to reset anyone even after a long and packed day.

Hotel welcomes Children but is not children friendly. NO children play area, activities, Babysitting service, that would be nice. Also, more tv channels in English would be nice also along with a microwave in the room to accommodate the mini fridge.

The rooms are high standard, customer service is top notch and food is scrumptious! At Papillion, the supervisor Mary is very professional and inviting, and the hostess Mavis went above and beyond to make sure myself and guests were comfortable. Big shout outs to them. If you want a stay away from home even if you are a local, I highly recommend here

We had such an amazing experience at the Kempinski Hotel in December. We stayed there for 4 nights and one thing that stood out for me was their excellent hospitality, customer service and extremely friendly staff. George at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, not just for information about the hotel but for activities we could do outside the Hotel as it was our first time in Accra. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and swimming in the pool. Though their prices are a bit on the high side but it was worth the experience. My friend and I had a lovely afternoon visit to the hotel's gallery then infinity pool and bar for lounging, swimming, delicious food and wine. The artwork we saw was mind blowing! The pool was perfect for a humid Accra day and the service as well and the food and drinks were great. Overall a stellar experience!

My stay @ the Kempinski from June 23 - 30 2021 was exceptional. The staff was professional, polite and positive. The staff surprised me with an impromptu birthday cake while I was eating breakfast. I would also like to highlight Nadia’s cordial and courteous interaction every time frequented the bar for cocktails or tea. I strongly recommend the Kempinski in Accra if you are seeking accommodations.

I made a lunch reservation for 4 persons on the occasion of their wedding anniversary and they were utterly blown away with ambience, the cuisine and the spectacular customer service. Special shouts to Josephine. She made the experience ethereal.

I ordered for a to share meal of 370cedis and they ended up, not providing all inclusive, but took the same charge. (Shrimps, which i really love was left out) & we were give cheese cake & apple pie as compensation ....how. All i wanted was rich seafood. I just didn't want to cause a scene. But I enjoyed the environment and had a nice swim. I wasn't even told, i had to inquire before the excuses were given which is quite unprofessional.

The foods at the place contain too much spices. A particular spices runs through almost all the foods there and makes it difficult to enjoy your foods. My rating is solely based on your food. They are too unfamiliar with Ghanaian dishes

From the moment we entered the grounds of the Kempinski Accra, I felt like I'd found the pearl of West Africa. Our accommodations were exceptional. And the service level of the staff was superior. A real home away from home Belinda, our guest services manager, was a real breathe of fresh air. Attending to our every need in the most professional and expeditious manner with a blazing smile and eager gentileness. She was a true gem. Ebenezer at the front desk was the most warm-hearted and genuinely friendly host who made our check in process and stay very smooth and comfortable. Of course, I wish they had a gift shop at this location for emergency supplies and souvenirs, but noone is perfect:) We will definitely be back to the The K! - D. Weekly and family

I stay at this hotel a lot and I love everything about it. The gym is nice, the pool area is beautiful, and the rooms are just right. The breakfast always hits the spot. The staff are the best! I once left $300 headphones in my room after checkout. They actually kept them at the hotel until my friend could pick them up for me. 😊

Yesterday I went to swimming pool. When you pay for swimming pool you are supposed to receive a bottle of water as usual.I pay 150 GHC for pool but I could not get a bottle of water . As I am told by the staff water was out of their stock. I always inspired by the quality of Kempinski all around the world but this was not a good experience.

They have a wonderful and friendly staff and they food was delightful. The conference room is where I was and I must say they are very efficient in their use of space and the sound distribution and light intensity. The Air conditioning was quite cold but that's just me.

I had 2 wonderfully night there. Great location close to the government offices. It was a business trip. Washroom not that great tried changing rooms but front desk did not allow me. Anyway ok experience

This rating is based solely on customer service, staff efficiency, cuisine and facility. I must say, I definitely expected better services based on cost. I must confess, I have never experienced such difficulty and inefficiency in booking a conference package for a one day meeting in Ghana. Not even with 2 Star hotels. The staff who handled the process were not efficient and seemed indifferent to the needs of their client. Perhaps, hotel policies are rigid and are not meant to favour clients. However, I must add, staff were quite interested I receiving payment promptly even before the service was provided. Even with all these, the conference room we used was set up very late forcing the meeting to start late. WiFi was terrible and the food was not what I expected. As expected, local cuisine is not prioritised and there is a general lack of variety in meals. The view and facility is quite excellent though the washrooms need more attention. Honestly, the three star rating is very generous.

My first time here and it was amazing! The moment I walked in I fell in love with the aesthetic and interior design. Great customer service, everyone was so kind! Mr Sammuel Quarshie, was a great hostess to my family and I and made us feel so comfortable. I was also able to visit the bar and Mr Desmond was there and I was extremely happy with there service! Great stay and I can’t wait to be back! Definitely will be staying with them again!

The young lady Benedictor was so very helpful. She ensured that I was really looked after nicely. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend a trip to this beautiful place. In fact I came back 3 days later and was given a very good service/attentiveness from Emmanuel. I would also recommend the steak with vegetables and mashed potatoes which was cooked well and tasted fantastic! The other team members were also just as polite and helpful.

Went for dinner. The environment was very nice, even if it was rather dark and felt empty. Not an area you'd want to be alone in the dark. Food was good but not great. Maybe it was just my dish though. But the waiters were courteous and pleasant.
