Not so pleasant experience. Had a family member transfered there and most of the medical staff behave as if they're being forced to do what they chose to do. Doctors won't tell you anything so you'd have to push for information. The buildings need massive renovation. The whole place just needs a thorough makeover. I wouldn't ever want to go there again.

The service rendered by the disease control department was excellent. The are many other units in the Tema General Hospital which includes:the maternity ward, the administration section ,the surgical ward, dental Care unit, e.t.c patient are required to make necessary enquires from the reception before taking any other step. It is also easy to identify where you want to go because each section as it's own sign to direct an individual who is new to the Hospital. Thank you very much

Service provided here is soo poor. Some nurses work as if they were forced into the profession and some doctors also so unprofessional. It always looks like we are begging for our own right. This must be looked at.

Nurses are very helpful and the doctor was extremely thorough, explaining everything that was being done. Buildings are quite old though, facility may require a complete facelift.

They're services are not professional at all some nurses are really nice but one nurse called Selina Amoako she's at the adult emergency is a very mean nurse. She (Selina Amoako) has no sense of humor. The authorities should abort her.

The Northerner/Muslim dark nurse at the accident center is complete trash. In fact if I knew her name I would have dragged her here. She doesn’t deserve to be a nurse and most importantly at the accident center. She’s stupid, permit me to say.

I called to make an enquiry specifically directed towards the radiology department and after waiting on the phone for long, the person who recieved the call, came back to say in twi, 'they dont do scan over there' and hanged up. I thought calling the line you have online was supposed to be a helpline. That was so rude and unfortunate.
